Foods gone downhill but is ok at best. Who doesn't de-shell their shrimp before serving it?? My main issue was the service. The young man waiting on us started out by throwing a stack of menus on to the table saying "drinks?" I'm sure he was annoyed by actually having customers, we were the only ones in there, interrupting the the loud you tube party he had going on in the corner booth (the whole time we were there) with 2 giggling girls. Was in New Castle for a week. The first time I went here the food was really good but the service wasn't. Like others have said the servers yelling at each other is kind of annoying. But like I said the food was good so I went back. Google said they were open til 9, I walked in at 8:05 and the guy behind the bar looks at the clock then looks at me and says do you want to put in an order to go? I say no, I want to eat here. This place is the absolute worst food as well as service and experience I've ever dealt with. My husband is extremely allergic to mushrooms and so of course I ordered our food NO MUSHROOMS...there were mushrooms. We did not eat any of the food at all and when I tried to go back and get it fixed I was treated beyond poorly,yelled at, argued with and talked to as if I'm stupid.
