PRESTO Pizza — Restaurant in New Garden Township

I hope this gets read. I wish you could rate individual items. The Stromboli’s are insanely good the sauce on the side is incredible. I mean super good! The pizza I got I’m pretty sure was one that was laying around all day and reheated it looked and tasted that way. I would never even bother trying it again sadly. Mega fries were ok some were super burned. And about the Stromboli some of the bottom was black which just makes me worry. Anyway I’d definitely go back for a Stromboli however if the bottom is black again I’d not go back there was way too many items in the oven when I went and it was just messy looking. I have been a customer for a year, and I have never had a problem with the staff. I was always polite to them and received the same treatment. However, today when dealing with the owner, Luigi, he was absolutely disgusting and he kept yelling at me, cutting me off, and said he didn’t want to hear it. Very immature, embarrassing, and psychotic. Would he care if another man talked to his daughter that way? Don’t get mad at me because you have high turnover and are overworked. His food isn’t even great. If you are going to own a business, hire employees, and work with other people, you have to know how to communicate well, not be abusive and throw a temper tantrum just because you don’t...

Very disappointed the other night, when I ordered 6 pizzas online for a party at my house, and when I arrived I was told the order never printed. I understand these things happen, and I waited there while they prepared the pizzas, but the word “sorry” was never used for my half hour delay, there was no remorse or care on their end at all.
