Consign-it Furniture — Local services in New Garden Township

WARNING- watch the use of your credit cards at this store! I traveled 45 minutes each way to purchase Annie Sloan paint almost a month ago. At first glance, it seemed like they had a lot of unique antiques- handmade items. And, Annie Sloan stock was great. However, I was told my credit card did not go through. I thought that was odd, and gave a second credit card. I went to dinner immediately after and used the first card without any trouble. I checked online and a charge was pending from Consign it furniture on BOTH CARDS. I called and was told to see if they actually go through… but no apology. After I realized, both cards did go through (and appeared on both statements), I called again. The sales person could not figure it out. The manager called back, Lisa, and still couldn’t figure it out… Told me I’d have to dispute it with my credit card company…. Still No apology, no refund. Very very poor Customer Service. Thankful for my card company to at least provide refund/protection. I sincerely hope they’re not ripping...

Gave them 4 very nice barstools and a very nice mahogany coffee table to sell. They had them all for 3 months. Magically 2 days after the contract expired they sold everything that they couldn't sell for 3 months, and kept all the money. They basically stole the items by not pricing them properly until the contract expires so they can keep all of the money. They gave us $67 for two bar stools that sold two days before the contract expired but gave the buyer 20% off 2 days after the contract expired for the other two barstools, and sold the coffee table several days after the contract expired as well. Let me start this review off by recognizing one of the employees here. Jackie was very friendly and helpful while I was shopping at the store. Wish every store had a Jackie working in it 🙂🙂. She even went as far to give me a little tour of the store. Consign-It had the most beautiful furniture and different type of items.
