Absolutely horrible. No one spoke English. First , I have a business account with several lines for roughly 10 years through Metro. Last Tues I went in to buy a personally line. Their system was down and not able to process the transaction. They were supposed to call me when the system was back up, I never received the phone call. I went today to buy the phone and through a text translator was told the sale is over. It would cost me an additional $150. Upset I still went to pay for. They did not have the right screen protector and did not have a case. They attempted to up charge me 150 and not even have what the phone needed. I walked out of the store out of frustration. I will buy the phone from metro and not for the sale price I should have been given BUT from a different store. I am literally going to travel over a hour to another store just to not use the Kennett Square location. I promise I will never use that location again. My experience was completely unprofessional. The hour drive will be a lot less stressful than dealing with the Kennett Square...
