T&L Nails Spa — Local services in New Garden Township

This is the most infuriating visit I’ve ever been at a nail salon. From the moment I walked in, I showed them a reference picture of what I wanted my engagement nail to look like. I asked them if it would be possible to something like the design & she said “of course, we do all the time.” I picked my color and started with my pedicure. The whole time my nail tech kept making comment on that were a little passive aggressive. I brushed them off and at this point decided to put on my headphone. Once she was done, she asked if I like the color and I told Yahweh yes, but if she could do another coat. I picked a brown color that looks pretty sheer if not layered. She kind of got mad and asked me if I was sure. I moved onto THE MOST important part of my visit, my engagement nails. I spent two hours on her chair, and the nails are not the same shape. They are messy, splotchy, sheer and inconsistent in size. I asked her if she could do another layer and she did not. I asked her if she could fix the bumpiness and I kid you not she just added a clear to coat and said….done. I just wanted to leave. I had to go all the way to Delaware to have them fixed. So I paid $110 dollars for a shot job here and just as much for them to get fixed. I crowd the whole entire ride to get them fixed. I am getting engaged tonight. I can’t even express how mad I am at the lack of respect this place has. They get mad if you tell them to fix your nails and they start talkig in their launguage after you have asked very polietly to fix them for you then all of the staff comes over to look at your nails and keep saying god know what about you. And once you walk in their you dont get greated at all untill they want to they seem to ignore you untill you go up to a staff and let them know what you need. They treat who they want to treat better than YOU. Even the manager sometimes does NOT say “Hi how can I help you?” And this lady who sits next to a guy name T, I think thats his name she is always giving bad looks to everyone and walking around the salon in her innapropoate clothing I can sometimes see her bra and cleavleage showing. Over all this place is just a MESS!! From my expirience I would never come back here. So if you can avoid coming here and going some where else please DO SO! If I could rate star a 0 I would just because of the amount of times I have been to this plave and have been treated without respect and I will NOT tolorate that. I went here for the 1st time in May for a pedicure, which was horrible. I contacted the owner and expressed my concerns.Tommy texted me (which I have entire conversations) He told me to come in he would give me Gift card to try again.I stopped in 5/10, and 25th both days he was not there, or that is what I was told by who I now know was Tony. I had back surgery on May 30th, so I could not get in until yesterday June 22 to get pedicure. I made the appt, through Tommy, and told him I was coming. Instead of giving me the pedicure for free, he charged me $25. I was shocked. Said "to much time went by"! Never said this before. He actually argue w/me in front of multiple customer. Not the way an owner of salon should treat a customer. Go somewhere else. Will be filing complaint w/ BBB and Attorney General Office. Horrible customer service.
