C&J Caribbean Delight — Restaurant in New Haven

This was my first time eating from this restaurant and I must say I was very satisfied with my order. It came earlier than what was said. The Grubhub driver was nice too. The cabbage was seasoned to perfection and the oxtails were practically falling off the bones. The rice and beans were nicely flavored from the gravy. I ordered brown stew chicken looked more like fried Chinese chicken and tasted like it too and not the good fried chicken it was nothing like I ever tasted from a curriban restaurant what a odd brown stew chicken oddly enough the rice and cabbage was well cooked so normally I would never order again from a place like this but being the cabbage and rice was cooked they will get a second chance but odd stufff I don’t see a place lasting with this type of cooking...

Terrible if I could give no stars I would. Don't know how they have so many compliments. I used to eat here very often when they first opened. The last time I ordered food from there, I didn't eat it right away. By the time I did which was no less than an hour later, the rice was SPOILED!!! I mean this rice was old old.
