I highly recommend Dual Stage Amplification. I had an issue with my amp and Donato got back to me very promptly. I was expecting for him to have my amp for several days and he was able to fix it while I was there and I left with it, with the issue resolved. He was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. My issue ended up being a simple fix that he took care of and didn't push for me to do anything unnecessary or spend more money than I needed to. I wish I could give Donato 6 stars. He brought my 80’s telecaster back from the dead with a fret leveling, set up, and a new bridge pickup. He really, really knows his stuff and I learned quite a bit just chatting with him while he worked on my guitar. Dual Stage is the best! My Peavey 6505+ head was acting up after a water incident in my home (volume drops, static, noise) I called GC, and the rep gave me the number for Dual Stage.
