Canal Tap Haus — Restaurant in New Haven

My first time there so I can't tell you that it's always like this but my friend and I were blown away with the quality of service and the food. Not crowded which was nice given the times. Food came out freshly made. Fried chicken was fantastic! Breadsticks might just be the best in this area. Mashed potatoes were a little dry but I was warned by the server when I mentioned I'm not a gravy person.

Give it a try, I think you'll love it!

PS - never had anything like their pita chips. Fresh pita triangles that were crisped on the outside like a tortilla chip....

I just filled out a rating for Halls— I thought it was for this place that I visited with my buddy and had ribeye— The ribeye here is WORTH the trip, and I'm not exaggerating; you will not be disappointed!

Halls is a multi-location Ft. Wayne favorite for decades that won't disappoint. The Rib-Eye here IS CALLING ME BACK... maybe tomorrow?

Came for karaoke last night and have nothing bad to say about this place. The fried mushrooms and Reuben eggrolls were sooooo good and an awesome price. Bartender was very nice and attentive and has a great singing voice. Crowd was reasonable for friday karaoke and the system was good. Easy to hear yourself! KJ seemed a little unfriendly...
