I ordered a couple weeks ago online, said it was gonna be done at a certain time.. waited at home and got ready to leave. Even stopped at CVS to get drinks and looked around a bit (by this time it said the pizza was gonna be ready) so I left… went to little Caesar’s and it still wasn’t ready. Stood there for a while… still wasn’t ready, lady finally asked if I needed anything and I told her I had a mobile order for Kaylee. She said it would be done soon. Someone called and asked about pizza and the lady at the front was acting very rude to the people on the phone and said “how busy” they were… but it wasn’t even busy from the looks of it. They just didn’t have any food made that they normally do. Also the pizza wasn’t even that great when we got it, bread sticks were literally ICE COLD. Read moreGot food tonight for my kids and it home and sat down to eat and the bread sticks were God awful! I called to let them know and the general manager argued with me as to how fresh they were and never once apologized for them tasting bad. She offered to make me supposedly fresh breadsticks from the same dough they made the nasty ones from but insisted they would taste the same, I asked for someone higher up to speak to and she said that she was the highest person there to talk to and that she couldn't give me the franchisees number so I could possibly get a better response from them when I wasn't satisfied with her excuses. I told her that since she wouldn't give me anyone with higher standings number that I would just use social media to voice my opinion of their establishment and thanked her foe her time then hung up. About 5 minutes after I hung up the phone another "manager" called me back and finally did apologize for my inconvenience. Him calling to apologize is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars...
Read moreUsually I'm fine if staff give a little attitude but you don't have to be totally rude and disrespectful. I walked in and she greeted me without even looking at me to worried about her phone asks me what I want to order and as I start to order tells me to hold on and has me wait for a minute doesn't even do anything but stands there then continues to give a very monotone I don't care attitude towards me. Like I just got off of working a 9 hour shift myself I understand your tired but I was still trying to give a positive attitude and not be rushy the least you can do is give a little respect or act nice at least. Food is not bad for what it is I've noticed they have their good and their bad days just as everyone else they are human and the area was just not clean had trash on the floor crumbs all over doesn't look like it's been swept all day.
