La Chalupa Mexican Food Truck — Restaurant in New Haven

I see this truck every day super early in the morning 7:45am and on the way home from work 6pm so I decided to try him out. Got the Lengua tacos and they were really good and inexpensive ($2 each). The guy was really nice and the food was prepared quickly. Can’t wait to try his other Mexican fare!

Edit… this morning gps took me by the La Chaupa, so I stopped for breakfast and got the breakfast burrito. This things was huge and delicious for $10. It had chorizo, eggs, cheese, lettuce, tomato cilantro possible some other ingredients as well....
