I ordered a meal, a kids meal, and cookies. I waited for my meal, had worked behind the counter stare at me dead in the eyes as they made several other orders for people who had ordered AFTER me. I watched as they showed more care to those at the drive thru and to the other people that walked in after me. The manager herself walked past me and look at me multiple times, she took the time to ask everyone else around me what they were waiting for and not once did she take the time to ask me after SEEING me standing there, waiting. 20 minutes I waited and watched every single one of the workers look at me then walk past me to cater to everyone else’s order. After 5 minutes of waiting I considered asking about my order and didn’t, I shouldn’t have to ask about my order when they took the time to ask everyone else but me about their order. I genuinely think they were all being racist INCLUDING the black manager there who clearly seemed to have had a problem with me seeing as she felt the need to walk past me and look at me more than 10 times. I stood at the cashier and requested a refund, I watched as she found exactly where my order ticket had been without so much as looking for it. It was casted off to the side while the screen said “now serving” although my food was not served and I hadn’t seen them make the effort to put my food together either. So I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and wanted a Lg meal. The response I got on the radio comm was OK. So I proceeded to say I want that to be a large Coke they told me they only have one size when clearly their main use as they are multiple sizes. When I pointed that out to people hopped on the radio com and said O we've just ran out of large cups. I understand it's a fast food restaurant things run out. The add repeat myself twice before I got a straight answer. Also no straws, no napkins and ⚠️NO RECIPT⚠️??? Out of all the fast food restaurants I've been to and rated, You guys are not exactly the worst but you're not exactly 3 or 4 star material. I feel like I was talking to machines more than people. Read moreEverything time I go I feel dessapointed. I get wrong order various of time . Went one day and the person prepping was not wearing a mask and talking over my food during COVID in 2020 . Went another weekend and it was only me and my kids and one customer came in while I was grabbing my son after placing my order and one lady screamed at the guy in the register so he can take the next customer who had just walked in and I was still in the way grabbing my kids. That was so rude. And tonight i has enough they took my order wrong in drive thru and instead of fixing me order they gave me a refund and the manager didn’t even offer to fix my order instead she said “sorry but just leave because you making me a line” .
