Well it was 9pm on Wednesday we went in and ordered. First we said we needed a minute then 3 different employees came over a span on 2 minutes to ask if we were ready…. First we tried to get extra crispy chicken but she said they only had regular. Ok not that huge of a problem. The prices are absolutely obnoxious and over priced. So we go to sit down and they tell us the lobby’s closed after we sit. Why are the lobby doors unlocked if that’s the case. Beside the mumbling remarks we can faintly hear as they look over at us it’s quite obvious they were talking about us. So next we go outside and eat our food in the parking lot in the dark. So my 7 year old goes to eat a fry and put hot sauce on them because how the packaging is plus being in the dark so poor kids mouth is on fire. While we’re eating we see another car pull up and go inside though the lobby doors are still unlocked even though we had to leave. As soon as we finish our food the other person comes out of the door. It is completely ridiculous how rude the customer service at this location is. Never again will we come here and whoever worked 9pm on Wednesday Aug 21st should be reevaluated and terminated for the professionalism they lack, the level of disrespect, the bad customer service and the horrible reputation they are giving...

I said forget about it they replied fine ma’am. I did not realize I was talking to someone else they did not identify themselves. This was shared with me when I called and asked for the manager when I found out she was the one who got loud & rude. She told me I was disrespectful to her. That she doesn’t know why I couldn’t understand her as she doesn’t have an accent she’s speaking English - I said who said anything about an accent. Now I’m offended. Read moreI'm a pet transporter by proffession, so I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a 16 piece bucket and a 4 piece combo. I got charged for those things. I ended up having to wait for the 16 piece, which is understandable, but it took longer than necessary. We're constantly on the road, and by the time we were able to eat, we were several miles down the road, and that's when we noticed that we only got half of the 16 piece, and the pieces I got weren't even whole pieces. The chicken was overly greasy, and soggy. The mashed potato side I got, and the bisquit, had grease all over them, I ended up having to wipe down the mashed potatoes just to be able to eat them without grease getting everywhere.
