Read moreNot happy that the shopping carts lock and you can't wheel the groceries to your car. The cart stopped so suddenly that I set my arm against the handle. I noticed a faint red line on the sidewalk that looked like it was put on with a crayon. Assuming this was what made the cart lock, I had to go back and go down the lane in front of my car and push the cart through in order to unload my groceries to the back seat of my car. When I got there I wondered why so many shopping carts were just sitting there and couldn't be moved. I think it is outrageous the people have to be treated this way and if this is what I have to go through when I shop I won't be doing it at Aldi. I'm not as strong as some people and don't need the extra walking to unload my groceries. I also liked it better when the returned or pickup spot for the carts was outside along the building. It was a lot less walking than it is now to return the car so therefore I just left mine there and forgot about getting my quarter back because I could not do that extra walking. I really miss the former Aldi that seemed to trust people with the shopping carts. Due to this fact I can't give you more than 3 stars but really only wanted to give you two and a half. Sign me:...

At other Aldi stores this is a simple request as long as the store is not overcrowded or about to close (neither of which was true). Since the other produce was well stocked, I assumed they would also have more onions. She was in a conversation with a friend and could not have looked less excited to deal with me. When I politely asked if she could bring out more onions she said no, and immediately turned away from me. Her friend then shooed me away so they could continue their conversation. Beyond being incredibly rude, I then had to go to a different (better) grocery store...
