More Than Pizza — Restaurant in New Haven

The 🍕 is good when you pick it up. When you ask for delivery More Than Pizza is so embarrassing. In one instance I ordered a pizza via the imenu360, the total came to $17.00,. When the pizza arrived the delivery person convinced him self that I didn't pay for the pizza. Taking 10 minutes to hand over the merchandise. The second time I ordered delivery the pizza came, however, it was the wrong pizza. I called the pizza place to ask where the right pizza was, they said it would be in route. When the right pizza finally arrived it was cold and the driver was coming from a completely different direction from the pizza place. This brew my perception that my food could have been tainted, ice cold when it arrived. What kind of game are they playing? So I sent the pizza back after waiting so long for the right pizza that was cold. More Than Pizza still hasn't sent my money back to me for some reason. I ready to dispute the transaction now, I do hope they are ready for that much. No way you order pizza and it gets turned upside down and or it's cold, even...

Updated 9/25. I love how am always greated very kindly when i call and owners have made things so easy for me. Delivery guys never fail. Great individuals and now so familiar. Young ladies that take the calls are very sweet and kind. Thank you.

was very happy I decided to order just a basic Pizza. I'm from NY but been in CT since 2004. It was so hard to find pizza that was a lot like I grew up eating but in time I did. I do have two places I enjoy. However relocated to greater New Haven area so I wanted to find a fast and decent pizza with delivery. Well I did. The pizza was very good and didn't have a high acidic flavor from sauce. I have noticed that in one of my normal places so I was very glad this was what pizza should be. Delivery online order is very easy. I only wish I didn't have to go to my parking lot when it was a delivery. They should have came in to my door. Walking is hard for me let alone doing it up and down stairs...

I was at the club down the street with my friends. We were all hungry so we decided to go get food this was the only place open. I ordered curly fry's and boneless wings. After waiting 30 minutes for my order I went out to the car and opened everything up and they gave me onion rings with bone in wings. I went back inside to get it fixed and the lady at the counter tried to argue with me and my friend saying how we told her the wrong order. She said we didn’t tell Her we wanted boneless wings and that the cooks messed my frys. After arguing with her she finally said they would fix my order but we had to pay a additional 5 dollars for it and that we would have to wait another 20 minutes. Overall worst experience and safe to say none of us...
