Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New Haven

This is by far one of the worst ones in Allen County. For one there is a waitress they have that's there during the early dinner time who is the most rude person. She's very friendly to anyone over let's say 60 but rude to younger people. Every time I go in there she is rude to me. Makes me want to avoid the place.

Secondly, there staff is clueless to specials on the website. Apart from specials that are "online only" they refuse to honor ones that are for pickup and delivery and do not specify online only. Plus for the price you pay they sure do skimp on toppings. As a whole the company skimps on toppings and charges too much for their pizzas.

4/10/21 1-star Ordered delivery, ordered a taco pizza extra lettuce. This damn thing had no lettuce. So did I need to order one no lettuce to get lettuce?

What happened? This used to be a good place to eat. Waited forever after being seated (they were not busy and had plenty of staff) then they got the drink order wrong. Ordered a large with pepperoni and banana pepper with extra sauce. What we got looked like it had been dropped and had little to no sauce and missing cheese and toppings. After trying to flag down a server, we finally asked for a manager. It took a minimum of 10 minutes for the manager to arrive. He did take the pizza off the bill, but we waited another 10 minutes until we were tired of waiting. I had to go to the counter to get my bill. The nice person at the register didn't even bother to get the manager - it was obvious that he had much better things to do than have a happy customer. I worked at a pizza place in high school. I understand it's hard to find good help today. But they were NOT busy (wonder why?) and I would have never thought of serving such low quality and service. We did not eat at the Pizza Hut, we picked our pizzas up. We ordered our 3 pizzas with extra sauce, when my husband got home with the pizzas, there was not any sauce on any of the pizzas. We were very disappointed. The pizzas were not edible. I called Pizza Hut, and the manager offered to make new pizzas that we could pick up, I told her we were not going out again, and there was not enough time before my husband went to work. This was going to be his dinner for the night at work. This is not the first time we have ordered pizzas with extra sauce, and have been disappointed with receiving pizzas with very little sauce.
