Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in New Haven

Went and got a frozen hot chocolate. It's literally the only thing I ever get from dairy queen bc I'm obsessed. I get mine and notice first it's a lot lighter in color than it usually is and no chocolate drizzle. I taste it and I'm instantly disappointed. It tastes like a cold chocolate milk. So I turn around and go in to tell them and they tell me "well we can make it again but it will be the same" and didn't remake it. I know for a fact it was made incorrectly, just by the color alone and the taste. There is NO taste of hot chocolate and like I said, I've had this a lot so I know what it's supposed to taste like. So now I paid almost 6$ for something I didn't even want, a frozen chocolate milk which if u can imagine isn't even as good as a regular Chocolate shake. Disappointed, as I've never had any issues at this Dairy Queen but it's all i Have been wanting and craving all day and it just made me super sad. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in years. Orginally order a small strawberry sundae, but the strawberries were spoiled. Got back in the drive thru to get a replace of a different sundae, and to replace the fries from the combo, since they were also very old and inedible. I was told "no" to a replacement of fries because they already cleaned for the night, wven with cars behind me and that I would get a refund instead. The sundae replace was incorrect and the kid actually started yelling at me because he got my order wrong. So then a girl came up to the window and handled the rest of the transaction. Better than the first employee but still very unprofessional and rude. DQ was my childhood fast food chain my family and me would always go here for food so naturally I could walk there by myself to get food when I got there I ordered my go to 7$ meal deal the dude there was no caps for the drinks so I just had the cup the cups by the way are super leaky I came home set my cup down and left my drank all over the table now they have gotten better but seriously at the desk the dude literally just asked me what kinda sundae I wanted nothing else I got more food then I needed I didn’t get a cup until about 10 minutes after I ordered also they weren’t able to coorectly tell what was on my card I came back a few days later they told me it was 10$ dollars left and then the next time they said there was...
