It was my first time here the other day and I’m already in love. The folks behind the counter were so helpful and patient - explained the different types that caught our eye. Since it’s my first time at any Guatemalan bakery, everything caught my eye and there were even stuff displayed on the TVs which were made to order in the back. The options are bountiful! Plus they have drinks - I got the atole which was delicious. They don’t sell coffee beans yet but do have traditional Guatemalan coffee. We tried the queso triangle, migas y canela, gusano, and a chicken chuchito. The spicy sauce with the chuchito had a terrific flavor and spice. I can’t wait to go back...
