I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paradise Pizza, and I can confidently say it was exceptional. First off, the spaghetti was absolutely delicious—it was perfectly cooked and had the right balance of flavor. But the star of the show was definitely the Michelangelo pizza. It was bomb! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the blend of cheeses was heavenly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a meal. The pizza was good, but the service wasn’t. With our table of 5 being the only group in there for the last half of our visit, the service could have definitely been better. We had to ask if we needed to get our own refills the first time. The second time we needed a refill we were kind of over it. One of our pizzas was made wrong, the server said she’d take a percentage off our bill, she did not. As we were leaving at least 3 of us said something similar to “thanks, have a good night” none of the 4 employees standing at the front on their phones even acknowledged us? I was confused. Two weeks ago I ordered a medium pizza when I got home to eat it the crust was flat and dry. I called and told the young lady about it. She said sorry it happens we we let the dough set then have put it back in the refrigerator and take it out again. I paid $25 dollars for that pizza and all I get is sorry.
