This sonic is absolutely horrible. Rude management. Always missing stuff from your order. Paid for items on the app and they were out of, no big deal, I didn't ask for a refund since is was 1/2 off happy hour for drinks anyway. Carhop was short on straws, no big deal. Paged them from the stall and they immediately tried to put me on a hold so I let them know all I needed was a straw. The person said ok. I waited and waited. After a while I knocked on the kitchen door over and over. No one looked or heard me. Straws were literally right inside the door so I grabbed one and walked out. After I was already heading back to my car the manager was yelling for me to come back so I did just for her to yell that someone was coming, they werent I was literally there watching, and that I can't go inside. Some cursing ensued and I just left. There were no signs on the door which is why I just decided to open the door and grab one. Every time I try to give this location a shot I always regret it and this is the last time. I was already over charged, paid out, and tipped and cant even drink my drink and LEAVE. The girl said this stall isn't working, move to another stall. The stall is obviously working. I pushed the button again. She asked to take my order. I told her to cancel and refund my mobile app order. No response. I said to whoever might be listening that I guess I would call to get a refund. App doesn’t give you a way to contact anyone, just leave feedback. So I did that. I will contest the charge on my credit card. 🤷🏼♀️ After 1,273,386,276,275 problems with this location.
