Buyers Be Aware. Very cute boutique. However, my recent experience as a customer was very disappointing. I purchased an item (dance shoes) for my daughter and attempted return it the following day for a refund (with the receipt) since my daughter decided she no longer wanted to take that particular dance class. I was offered an exchange but declined as the item was not needed. I was told only store credit (which would expire in 60 days) or an exchange would be offered.

I showed the store associate the receipt which stated "Please retain your receipt for refunds within 10 days from the date of purchase". I was told the store policy was no refunds. In full transparency, underneath the above statement, there was "No refunds. Exchange or store credit ONLY within 10 days with receipt." The associate then proceeded to bracket and underline that on my receipt.

Since the receipt had contradictory statements, my only wish was for the store to honor the refund. I hope moving forward they will correct this discrepancy and prevent other customers from having the same frustrations which I...

I bought a pair of $60 sandals that I loved got home, wore them around the house to make sure they fit, but unfortunately they were way too tight on one foot. So I went to return/exchange my shoes since I paid a lot for them and would never wear due to how uncomfortable they were and I got denied of returning them because they looked worn. The small amount of time I wore them in the house couldn't (and didn't) make marks on the sole enough to where they were no longer new. So I am now stuck with an expensive pair of shoes I'll never wear because I apparently bought someone else's new but worn shoes. No longer will I shop here since the return policy...

Cute boutique online. I purchased two shirts that arrived beautifully. Shipping was quick with cute extra details in the packaging. I definitely recommend....
