Dog Park — Attraction in New Iberia

Nice shaded dog park in a beautiful area however there were a lot of dogs and only a few people. As soon as I entered with my dog the other dogs ganged up aggressively on him - they all seemed to be part of a pack. It seemed a fight was imminent. We left as fast as possible. There was another altercation with another dog and owner just after we left. We’ve been to dog parks all over the country and never had a problem. The dog park is a wonderful addition to the park. It looks very nice. It's very well kept and clean. There's 2 sides one for small dogs and one for big dogs. Dogs can run free and have fun.
