I hate to leave this review. I have been coming here since I was 15 and I'm 26 now. Me and my Dad just came here to get dinner and sat in the bar area at one of the tables. We got 4 beers, the flaming cheese(i don't want to butcher the name) and was ready to order dinner. Mind you we haven't payed yet obviously. My dad gave me money to play the slot machines and he was watching and played also, and not 10 minutes later we got back and our table is cleaned off, with new customers at it and our drinks and food taken away which we didn't finish our 2nd beers and half of the flaming cheese. So my Dad tells the Bartender well tab out obviously irritated. And she didn't she say anything like I'm sorry that happened. Or how can I make it better? Just here's the check, so my Dad was complaining to the hostess and the bartender came over and told my Dad to calm down. Gave more effort to tell a customer to calm down than to save the table till we got back and actually payed. We could have totally walked out without paying because our table and everything was gone and the bartender had no clue nor cared that it happened. The bartender was a small Spanish women. I give descriptions because leaving the table for 10 minutes without paying and having your food and drink taken away without anyone telling you is thee worst service. And my Dad still having to pay for it is outrageous. Don't put the slot machines in the bar area then. So if anyone goes to the bar area and sits at a table and leaves for the slots. Watch your table. Because I will not be coming back ever. Never at 26 years old have I had my table cleared off before paying and no common courtesy given or a sorry or here is a free drink. Expected much more from this place, especially when I hear the bartender tell my Dad to calm down after his food and drinks were taken away. Horrific. But great food and drinks. I came in today to treat myself to a birthday steak, as I've done before. My first steak was overcooked, sent it back and the next steak was gray and not char-cooked as the restaurant advertises and was still raw-blue, sent it back again and was given the same steak back and it was slightly cooked closer to medium rare as ordered but was completely unseasoned, lacking any char, tough, full of cartilage and sitting in a pool of all the juices that had been cooked out of it and after a couple bites I ended up giving my whole plate to the server as I wasn't going to continue to eat it. The steak appeared to have been perhaps cooked in a pan of liquid or microwaved and not char cooked as they say.
I spoke to the manager who didn't introduce themselves was on duty wearing a baggy sweatshirt who then started to argue with me about how she's not going to comp or discount my food because she's not going to waste two steaks. I told her I've eaten here dozens of times, getting steaks every time and have never had this issue and once I told her that she stormed off with my check while we were talking and removed the food. Not one apology or any form of discussion about the issues. I never asked for the food to be removed, that was just her assumption of what I wanted. I now know to seek other steakhouses or to simply make my own as I'd done thousands of times before.
My server was very apologetic throughout my whole meal and I tipped her for services and told her I appreciated the sentiment but that none of this was her fault.
I've been here dozens of times, brought many people here and recommended this places to at least a hundred coworkers that are local. I won't be doing that anymore because of this managers reaction and customer service skills.

Read moreWe went for a birthday 7pm on a Thursday . Was not BUSY actually a few birthdays were being celebrated I looked like. We ordered an array of items. Texas burger was HUGE and Delicious... The Brussel Sprouts app. Was. A 10 maybe even an 12... The calamari on the other hand was maybe the worst I've ever had. Like a zero .. I had it as my dinner. I was unswallowable. Not the taste . The actual texture would not break down in my mouth. Like leather. No legs . (So I should have known.). I sent it back after I took the third peice out of my mouth. Also the saginaki wasnt prepared correctly . The waitress tried I think they had two pieces together cause it was stretchy and almost unchewable also . the cabbage bean soup is The better of the soups ... My son had the crab legs. They were average. But he's 12 and that's what he wanted. . I didn't ask About everyone else's dish. The stuff shrimp looked large and delish . They seem to have a large selection of dishes. . Our birthday boy got a candle in ice cream And we sang happy birthday to him. . Our waitress was nice and knew about the menu. But as you waiting for your food things catch your eye .
