Starbucks — Restaurant in New Lenox

I'm not sure if the baristas are trained in this fashion, or if they are all just rude and inefficient. There can be a line, and they will not look up, acknowledge or take any orders until their cleaning/chores are done first. This has happened to me several times, so I have given up going to this Starbucks. Today there were 2 baristas, one cleaning a coffee pot, one getting ice... while 4 people waited in line for over 10 mins. I ended up leaving, as I was the last in line and no one was being helped. Here's a idea: fill the ice and clean when there are no customers! At the very least, stop staring at the ground and and say 'I'll be with you in a moment'. Use...

Friendly service. I believe the people who work there try however my drink for $6 didn't really have a lot of flavor it was a mocha Frappuccino affogato. Too much ice too much water not enough coffee flavor. Which is a mocha Frappuccino with espresso Dropped In after it's Blended.. I don't have a photo to show.
