If I could give my last experience 0 stars, I would. Normally I have an excellent experience at this location, but today was the complete opposite because of the pathetic service me and my friends were given. Steffany was our server and she took our drink order, brought it out rather quick, but when she did she immediately walked away and didn’t ask if we wanted an appetizer or if we were ready to order or anything like that and we didn’t see her again for like 10-15 minutes. When she took our order, it took over 40 minutes to get our food and in between that time, me and my one friend needed refills on our drinks and she never came to check on us. We had to flag down another server for a refill. And we noticed that while we were waiting for her, she was either playing on her phone, or messing around with other employees instead of taking proper care of us. When we got our food, she never returned to check on us, never asked how our food was, didn’t ask if we needed a refill even though we clearly did, we had no napkins, didn’t give me ranch with my wings, and also didn’t ask if we needed a box for what we had left over. We spoke to the manager about this and he was super nice and gave us what we needed, which we shouldn’t have had to do if we actually had a good server and I feel bad for all the other employees that we had to bother while they were doing their own thing to get us all the basic things that our actual server should have gotten us and it STILL gets better. When I was in need of a box, which by the way, had to ask another employee for, Steffany came out with it, handed it out to me without saying a word and then mouthed “asshole” to me as she walked away. I didn’t hear it at first but my friend did and she’s lucky I didn’t hear that because there would have been bigger problems had I heard that. We left no tip when the check came out and all 3 of us stormed out in a really bad mood. The only saving grace to this horrible experience was the food. It was good as always, but that does NOT change the fact that the service we got was the most unprofessional service we’ve ever gotten. Read moreLast night, against my better judgement, we ordered 2 orders of regular wings.....10 pcs. each...the only difference between the 2 orders were that the sauce was different. Knowing that BWW has a record of failing at filling an order AS ordered, i checked the contents of my bag. As i predicted, i got one order of regular wings and a small box of what i assume was boneless wings......not 2 orders of regular wings.
Mia at the carryout desk immediately placed a new order for me. Thanks to her. Everyone at the carryout desk was working hard. And, as usual, the wings tasted great. But this seems to be a recurring theme with this BWW. Furthermore, i saw person after person carefully checking THEIR orders to make sure they were correct. And, again, as predicted, one lady's order was incomplete.
Why does this keep happening? Except for Mo's Chinese Kitchen in New Lenox, i never have this problem with ANY other fast food restaurant in this area. Incomplete orders are a regular thing with BWW and Mo's....who is running their carryout division? Kids?
Bottom line.....by the time i got my order home, it was cold....

I asked for the buffalo chicken dip with the ranch on the side, they served it to us with ranch on it. She never came to us asking if it came out fine, never looked our way. We were just there , waiting and waiting for Carolyn to come, plate untouched. I had to raise my hand for her to even acknowledge us, and at that point I didn’t even want it anymore since the food would probably come on shortly. When she came, I asked if we can get nachos instead, she said give me a minute. She came out with buffalo chicken dip again, completely ignoring what I said. She never even said sorry, never said anything. She never even asked us asked us for refills! As if we weren’t even there. That’s bad service. I love coming here, I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but that made me really feel like we weren’t welcome here. When I payed, she never said thank you, not even have a nice night, just nodded her head, that’s it. As we were walking out the other worker as we were walking out said have a nice night instead!...
