By far one of the worst experiences I have ever encounter at move theater. Call ahead of time to ensure there was seating for theater with reclining chairs due to my uncle disability since it was Easter. As we went to the theater 10 it appears it was IMAX and the seats were standard. I spoke to a.young lady at the service counter who apologized offer for us to stay and provided free ticket for I next visit. As I went back to the theater staff member John came while movie was showing and walked inside of J aisle seat 10 and yelled hysterically at me. I got up with my 5 and 12 year walked out the theater in fear trying to figure what was going on. He yelled saying that if we accepted free ticket then we need to get out. As we walk back to the desk the lady at the servixe counter kindly advise she gave us for free passes and we could stay for show show for the inconvience. The Manager John I discovered after asking for a superior aggressively advised no either you give the tickets back or leave if not he will call the cops. I advise that we committed no crime but we would give the passes back have if we could be refunded for what we paid for at this point. He call the cops. As the cops arrived and everything was explained they had the Manager John to agree to refund me all of what we paid for we gave back the passes. The police agreed for me to reach out to corporate as there was no need for them to he called and the Manger John was being ridiculous. My daughter was terrified saying that John was a bad guy and bully. I felt so bad my kids had to be afraid of a manger at movie theater. Our Easter was ruined. John was completely disrespectful I can't believe we encounter such a thing as we been coming there for years. I would greatly appreciate if someone can get in touch with me as I would like to file a complaint. Even worst you can't call the cops on a women with her children if no one committed a crime the abusing the law. I am so grateful the police officer was kind even apologized for the Manager...
Read moreI've been coming to this theatre since it first opened and it's slowly gotten worse over time. At this point in time the theatre sorely needs maintenance that can be obviously seen throughout the building and actually effects the movie going experience. For example, you can hear the ventilation system rattling during your movie, or your reclining seat won't work properly. But the last straw for me was actually something much more simple and, I'll admit, a bit petty. The popcorn is awful. After the pandemic, I was looking forward to going to see a movie and getting a big ol' bucket of movie theater popcorn. And I did! But to my disappointment, it tasted strange with a gross chemical flavor. And worse yet, it made me feel ill afterwards. I figured it was a fluke and returned with my popcorn craving having not yet been quenched. Same thing happened again. Now at this point you would think I had learned my lesson, but I was still craving the movie theater popcorn I know I had thoroughly enjoyed a few years back. Well fool me thrice, shame on me. I was left feeling ill once more and with a sense of betrayal for a once beloved snack. Now I'm no financial advisor, but if your sole source of revenue comes from the snacks and beverages, it should likely be your top priority to ensure their quality. In particular, to ensure the quality of and not cut corners on the main snack "attraction" of the entire movie theater industry. But what do I know as a consumer? Anyway, now I'll just drink a bottle of water and continue watching movies at this sub-par theater until the inevitable day of...
Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars!!! First time taking my 3 year old son to watch the new SpiderMan movie; paid for my seats just like every other patron pays for ASSIGNED seating when entering the theater. Grab my snacks and popcorn before movie starts and excited to get into the theater with my son for his first movie theater experience watching his favorite movie of all time! Only come to find other people were already in our assigned seats! Mentioned it nicely to those ignorant people and they did not have the decency to move out of mine and my 3 year old sons seats! Go to complain with the manager of the movie theater prior to the start of the movie. Only for him to come back out without having moved them claiming the movie had started already and there was nothing he could do. I paid for my tickets just like everyone else had. They had no business being in our seats when they had paid for completely different seats. It was so ridiculous there were no further actions taken to remove these ignorant people out of our seats. All the while my son is missing his first movie, he was so excited for! This was beyond unfair and unjust. There are assigned seating for this reason, otherwise why follow any of your protocols. This was unprofessional and rude. And waste of money on popcorn and snacks since we will have to go to another movie theater and start the process all over again. I’m so sad mainly for my son, but sad at the horrendous management they have at this movie theater. I wouldn’t support, and will not...
