My Husband decided to stop here since we were down that way. First thing I noticed when we walked in it was really cold inside and the menu was a little confusing. The cashier explained everything. So once I got the hang of it, we ordered I picked from the second aisle of the menu which was fried rice and two sides. My two sides were orange chicken and Tostones. My Husband grabbed the Mofongo meal with spare ribs and My Daughter picked The Korean loaded fries and beef noodles with General tso sauce chicken. When we got our food I noticed I was missing my fried rice so I asked her. She said she had misunderstood but she didn’t charge it and if I wanted to add it. I said “but you charged me for the meal with two sides, so you’ll charge me for the rice seperately?” She said “Yes” so I said “ No thank you because this already came out to $81 with no rice with 2 sides like it said” she didn’t liked my answer and caught a little attitude afterwards. To be honest the food was definitely NOT worth $81 and some change. I understand prices have gone up but the quality of the food must be up to level if that’s the case. The customer’s review should be important since we the ones who make you the money. All y’all have to do is listen or read, fix what’s wrong and level up to prices and expectations to make it a successful business. The mofongo had a weird taste to it, the spare ribs was cut so thin that it was overcooked, the tostones were not crunchy and tasted bland and the orange chicken sauce was not good at all. I was not able to enjoy my meal which made me very upset. The only thing that was good was the beef noodles and the general tso chicken my daughter had. She also liked the Korean Loaded Fries. She only said that the kimchi was really cold on top of the fries. Other positive thing is that food is pretty fresh. They did asked how was everything but I didn’t wanted to embarrass my daughter or husband so I stayed shut and said “Thank You” We will not be returning again. I’ve never been upset spending that amount of money or even more for food except for this time. Never again but wish y’all the best because there’s no hate nor bad intentions in my heart. The light shines for everyone! Hope y’all make the changes needed to make it a better quality restaurant....

Ordered from Rico Chow for the first time tonight. I took one bite of the Crab Rangoon and immediately called them (I legitimately needed the staff to know how amazing my order was.) I didn't catch the friendly women's name that picked up the phone. I work at a small family owed sandwich shop, BOH and FOH its extremely hard work. So when a customer calls the restaurant regarding their recent order...You're immediately are like...uh oh. She didn't skip a beat, so professional. The Crab Rangoon was out this world, along with the veggie spring rolls. Usually anything fried ends up soggy by the time you eat it. Not at Rico Chow! When I say everything showed up hot, crispy, and not greasy at all...i speak the truth! I also ordered the wonton soup and it's the best I've ever had. Lastly I had the boneless spareribs with the house fried rice, which are also crazy good. Anyone who leaves a negative review for Rico Chow obviously (is a Karen...) and has no idea what food made with love taste like. As you scroll through the reviews almost all are 5 stars. Don't allow people who are a pain in the butt and complain for no reason stop you from...

I am not one to speak bad about a business especially not one of my own culture….but I came here yesterday while I was working out of area I spent 50$ on food…to get the WORST FOOD POISONING I HAVE EVER HAD….the most excruciating pain and vomiting my stomach was rejecting everything I had ate from here. My husband almost forced me to go to the hospital. I weighed out my other options of how I got sick but had felt fine before and did not eat anything else all day….less than 2 hours within eating the food I was throwing up for 5 hours straight VIOLENTLY which is usually a result of E. Coli, salmonella, or staph…..I am traumatized from even eating outside food really ever again. Please take extra time and care with prep, temperatures, and cleanliness you guys can literally KILL SOMEONE…just cause a restaurant looks nice from the front doesn’t mean it’s as cared for in the back!!! Be careful people I will be contacting the health department today as well. I’m not putting this to bash the restaurant at all just...

I just got an Uber eats order and I have to say it is delicious food very very fresh. You can taste the fresh. I got the sesame chicken and the house fried rice and you can just tell that it’s freshly made the chicken had some crisp to it, the way everybody talks about. I wouldn’t expect it to be the same as if I was sitting in the restaurant so when people complain, I don’t think they’re being fair, the quantity for the dollar amount is very fair and they didn’t miss any order notes and I like that especially because Uber charges so much they included some sauce they included silverware without being asked I would definitely want to try their food Puerto Rican food There are certainly a lot of Spanish restaurants up here and definitely this is quality being from Florida you sort of missed that glad I found this place ended up ordering dinner as well. Got the fried pork chunks the dumplings, churros Tostones everything is fresh, delicious the beans, authentic do yourself a favor and order from here.

Rico Chow has become my absolute favorite restaurant, and for good reason. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of their family. The service here is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. One thing that truly stands out is their commitment to the community. They don't just serve food; they actively look out for those around them. I had an unforgettable experience where I called in for an order right after they had opened, and unfortunately, they weren't quite ready to serve food yet. Instead of turning me away or making me wait indefinitely, they insisted on giving me my meal for free as a courtesy for the inconvenience. That level of care and generosity is rare to find these days. If you haven't been to Rico Chow yet, you're seriously missing out.
