I'm so grateful for the level of service that was provided for me and my family today. I live out of state, but a family member is stationed in CT. I placed an order online earlier in the week through a 3rd party service for a flower arrangement to be sent to my family member today for a very special event that we unfortunately are unable to attend. I received a follow up email from the company last night that my order could not be fulfilled for today. I was so upset! In a bind, I called Fisher Florist this morning and asked if they would be able to assemble an arrangement for me to be delivered some time this weekend since the other company I ordered from was unable to fulfill my request. Without hesitation, he began to work on taking down my information and what type of arrangement I was looking for. And he said that he would be able to get it delivered today! Before I could even finish getting dressed for the day, he called me back to say that the floral arrangement was made and already out the door to my family member. (I promise not more than 15 minutes had passed between the time I hung up the phone with him to place the order and the follow up call to let me know it was on its way). But what really made me appreciative was the time they took out of their day to listen to me and allow me to vent about my negative experience with that other company. Talk about going above and beyond! And the icing on the cake was the picture of the beautiful arrangement I received that was delivered to my family member. Pics do not do it justice! It's absolutely gorgeous, and everything I had asked for and then some! So thank you for the stellar customer service and the gorgeous arrangement. I know I was asking for a lot, and you all met and exceeded my expectations. As my husband always says, this is why we should support small businesses.

I came into this florist earlier this summer to grab some flowers on the way into Waterford to visit my grandmother. Not only was there a great selection available on the floor to view, the owner and his staff were very warm and helpful..offering free cards with the flowers, etc. Leaving with a great arrangement, and her loving them…I KNEW this was my “go-to” for my special lady going forward. We used them again this past weekend for her birthday. This time I ordered online(same day last minute like a goof), selected a “florist pick”, and put in the order anxious for her receipt. I didn’t have to wait, worry, or even stress. Mr. Fisher called prior to prep, gave me a breakdown of his options, suggestions, and made an amazing arrangement that was perfect for the day. To take it even further he made sure the delivery would be accommodating to my grandmothers needs. I’ve never had better service from any floral company around the country. When you want local, quality, and genuine business that DESERVES your hard earned money…you have found your place in Fisher Florist. 10/10, will 100% be going through them for ALL future orders. I have been living in the area since 1976 and as far as I can remember, Fishers Florist on Broad Street in New London, CT has always been our choice when sending flowers for any occasion.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary and I once again put my wife's flower arrangement and delivery into the hands of the best. What an outstanding experience once again from this respected family of florist. Everything was freshly arranged, beautiful and delivered on time.

Very friendly customer service from the time I walked into the shop to the assistance in helping me fill out my card. Thank you guy's for helping me make our special day a memorable day. My wife was very happy and excited to see your arrangement on our restaurant dinner table.
