The menu is limited but there are vegan options. One reviewer said the fries are soggy. I found that to be the case with the hand cut fries, but the crispy fries are indeed crispy. I try to stick to plant based options but have had several of the sandwiches and the flavor and portions are great. My one and only complaint is the crazy amount of grease dripping off the sandwiches. The paper to go bags are soaked through with grease, the aluminum foil, wax wrap and finally the bread itself are all slimy with grease. If you squeeze the bread, grease will just run out of the bread. This was even the case on the tuna melt so it's not coming from the meat because that was the suspicion when I had the cubano. I just assumed it was fatty meat and cheese grease but the bread on the tuna melt exudes the same amount of grease and arrives in grease soaked packaging. Takes a little away from my enjoyment of the sandwich a bit fighting the grease puddles, but again, the flavor is wonderful. The attached photo is a napkin wrapped around the half sandwich I just finished to keep it from running down my arm. That was after patting it down with paper towels to soak up what was on...

Good food. However, poor customer service. The lady at front/cashier was rude. Acting like an inconvenience for me to be there, and didn't answer my question about the menu. But what really upset me was when I ordered a side of fries. After I paid, I noticed on the menu there were 2 types of fries...crispy and regular. I asked if I got regular and she said she put in crispy (I wanted regular). I don't know why she would in crispy. I asked if that would affect the price, she said yes and was answering the phone at the same time i.e., being rude once more. So I left and got online and noticed the crispy fries were more expensive( so that's why she automatically put in crispy) and didn't alter the price. So she charged me the expensive fries, but I got the cheaper ones. I know it's only a dollar difference, but it's the point (and I even tipped). This was my first time here, could've been a returning customer, but that woman needs to change her...

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been to this restaurant twice and both times the mother/cashier has been extremely rude. Her attitude implies that the customer is a bother and an inconvenience by ordering from their restaurant. Rather than asking if I had placed an order, the mother was quick to refuse service because they were about to close. When I expressed my complaint about her attitude on both experiences the mother was nasty, rude, and even flipped me the bird. Her children ran to the front with concern for me - the customer however, the mom was ill-mannered, yelling, and disrespectful. By the look on her kids face - it was evident that it was not the first time customers have complained about the mothers poor attitude and lack of customer service etiquette. Good food, unfortunately terrible service. Owning a business does not make you entitled to treat...

As a newbie to the El Dorado area, I decided to try this restaurant in the Agora Shopping Center. The lady at the register took my order and they had my food ready for me in less than ten minutes. I decided to try the Greek Feast so I could get some vegetables, protein, hummus, and the sauces all in a serving. It was very pleasing for a NM native raised on beans and chili. The vegetables were fresh and not brown. The meat was succulent and came apart easily with a plastic fork. The warm pita bread, hummus, and the sauce that comes with it made a flavorful combination. The sauces are the underrated stars but used that red sauce sparingly, it’s so good you’ll run out quickly. I’m coming back on payday to try a Cubano and a tuna melt.
