Updated review This location lost me as a customer.below was the first review I left, as stated I've gone multiple times since opening and have had an issue but this will be the last. I went thru drive thru with only 2 people in front of me and ended up waiting over half an hour a lady approaches saying my food was ready and I needed to pay I was still not to the window,I asked if there was a hold up since the long wait she responded I'll be back a second girl comes out (never spoke to her) yelling that us and everyone else was just going to have to wait. It really caught us off guard being we were not rude to first girl and we had never talked to the second girl. I then asked for a manager and she kept saying things, a third girl comes up then the operating manager as I tried to explain he then said he would have to check cameras basically calling me a liar then said he WAS going to give us free food but then put the free food card in his pocket. His reasoning for all these complaints is they are new but I know can see it's his management skills. Getting home after dealing with all that what would you know we were missing food.

I placed a mobile order with two things 1 medium lemonade and 1 ice cream cone, I checked in and after 20 minutes of waiting I thought it was taking a bit long so I called multiple times (no answer) I ended having to get down get my son out of his car seat approached the 3 girls talking at the counter explained I had placed my order now 30 minutes ago for only a drink and Ice cream cone. One girl starts telling the other something and then gets my order, not an apology,sorry for the inconvenience.

A large company from out of state called Parkway based in Texas hired an inept man to be the project manager of the site. This individual escorted a laborer off the property with a GUN TO HIS BACK because of a verbal disagreement. We have a saved voicemail where he stated he was going to “Blow him off the property”. Due to unsafe working conditions our company was forced to leave the site as it became dangerous to be there. To this day almost 2 years later neither Chick Fil a OR Parkway have taken responsibility and a $94,000 bill has not been paid to our company who did significant work on the property. Don’t eat here. I walked in, gave the employee the customers name, he said that they just received the order, and I said okay, I'll wait. Waited right in the front by the employees who all continuously watched me waiting and waiting, 30 minutes pass and I check with another employee who told me someone else already took the order before I arrived. Bro littlerally told me they just recieved the order in their system and watched me waste my time. No one checked on me.
