waited in line 11 minutes in the drive through for a venti espresso. I pulled in @ 10:23 am, picked up my coffee @ 10:34 am.
The pink haired girl taking the orders outside, was chatting with customer in front of me, laughing, joking, etc. I timed it b/c it usually is not fast service at this location but today was aghhh!!! she was chatty and friendly if you are that customer, but If you're behind waiting is not so friendly to the rest of us.
When I finally ordered my coffee and got to the window, again same customer chatting with the girl in the window, another 6 minutes waiting, so i got upset and honked my horn, I heard the girl say oh can't she jut wait, the order is coming...
When she pulled out and I got to the window I asked for my receipt and said nothing to her. My drink was ready I could see it from them window, but oh she took her time... When she finally gave it to me, I took it and drove off, I heard her say DAMMMM!!! oh man, I wanted to go back and just put her in her place but the car behind me was already pulling into the window. I drove around and there was about 8-10 cars in the drive through outside their parking lot.
I get these girls want to be friendly and courteous, but c'mon, you also have to be considerate of the other customer waiting in line, and it should not take more than 5 minutes to get a coffee. I checked and the average time to order and get coffee in drive through is 4.4 minutes.
Oh and to top it off, she got my order wrong!! I am so disappointed on...
Read moreBEWARE...HORRIBLE STORE!! Unfortunately, I had to give a star to leave feedback which this store doesn't deserve the 1 star. This was my first visit to this Starbucks location on 12/5 @ 3:56pm. All I can say is "HORRIBLE!!!" This store is an embarrassment to the Starbucks name & reputation. The staff that I had interactions with were not pleasant. I know Starbucks stresses the importance of great customer service & friendliness to their staff. However, I think the staff at this location may have been absent that day of training. Upon entering the store I walked up to the counter to place my order for an Irish Cream cold brew. I then asked if the restrooms were open & the employee stated "No, they are closed but would open next week. I looked at him & laughed & said, "I can't hold it until next week." My drink was ready (which tasted horrible! Definitely not the way it's supposed to taste. It tasted like a watered down ice coffee. Waste of money!) I retrieved my drink & I asked the male employee if I could have an extra cup because I needed to pee really bad & he tells me "No but there's bushes right outside that I could use." I understand me asking for a cup to pee in may not have been appropriate but his response was unnecessary. Who ever the manager is for this store needs to coach their staff on the importance of great customer service & how to represent Starbucks mission. SAD EXAMPLE...

The kid taking the order didn't know what 1/3 was!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I got my order, and it has 1 pound of sugar. OMG!!!!!!
Ps I ordered a late on the app, and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes . I walked into the store and waited 15 minutes and went to ask about my order. DJ said he was the manager, and it would take an otger 10 minutes. That was after 18 minutes of waiting, and NO ONE said anything about they being late on the orders . No apologies. No, thank you for waiting, etc. BUT DJ did say this ." YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE," I responded that I wasn't going to get on line to cancel it. He said "well if you want your order to cancel, YOU HAVE TO STAND ON LINE." I called customer service, and when he heard me talking to them, he said to another employee to make my order. When she finished making my order, she handed it to me . I said thank you , I pushed my order back to DJ and walked out to finish my complaint to Starbucks headquarters. This is not the first time that this location, 3500 Coors Blvd, FALLS SHORT OF...
