I would give this place a -10 but that's not an option I literally don't understand the mentality of the workers that are in fast food nowadays you're supposed to be a customer service agent but yet you act like I'm there for your entertainment I went there to purchase a dinner as well as get my two free apple pies which I was promised by a manager named Sergio I was then told Sergio's not there anymore so they're not going to help me with anything I said that doesn't make sense I was told by the manager at the time well he's not here anymore and this receipt says that this happened in December I said it doesn't matter when it happened he said I didn't have to rush I could have took my time and came in whenever I was ready they said it doesn't matter and they weren't going to help me as I'm sitting here waiting for my meal I'm getting stairs from every single employee there besides two maybe three so like 7:00 or 8 people are sitting back there laughing at me and looking at me and acting like I'm the joke of the day it makes absolutely no sense so I asked the manager for the corporate office number and her name and as I'm waiting for her to bring that paper to me they're all sitting there laughing hysterically like like they see something that I don't see is absolutely nuts the way that they're treating their customers then the manager comes back and she can't be no older than 17 years old how she's a manager I don't understand but anyway I tell her that she needs to talk to her employees about being disrespectful to customers and laughing at them she said yeah and then close the window in my face I then drove away and came back and ask for a refund because first of all they made my food wrong second of all I will not be contributing any of my hard-earned money in a restaurant that employs such idiots disrespectful teenagers that were never taught to respect their elders or customers do not come here I wouldn't even doubt it if all of them were racist maybe they were laughing at me because I'm black I don't know all I know is that when I worked at McDonald's and Burger King when I was a teenager I knew how to respect the customers I knew how to give wonderful customer service because that's what the job demanded there is no such thing as that nowadays and that is...
   Read moreThis location is horrendous and needs to be investigated by corporate. I visited this location in the evening on 04/02/23. I was trapped in the drive thru for over one HOUR. Their drive thru is designed in such a way that once you enter, you cannot get out even if you wish to. After placing my order for 2 milkshakes, I proceeded forward in the outside drive thru lane. An employee came to my car window, verified my name, and stated my total was $7.95. I assumed she was going to process my payment with the tablet device she was holding, but she proceeded to just grab my card and walk away. She went back inside the building and disappeared for 10 mins. I then received a notification that my credit card had been charged $16.55, more than DOUBLE my order. When the employee returned to my car, I explained that I had been charged incorrectly. She seemed very confused, said she would âlook into it,â and disappeared back into the restaurant for ANOTHER 10 mins. She returned with several pieces of paper and said the original (incorrect) transaction was voided and my card was re-charged for the correct amount. She then handed my my two milk shakes that were incorrect, I had ordered a medium chocolate and small strawberry shake and they gave me a medium strawberry and a small chocolate. They didnât give me straws or napkins, and the outside of both cups were dripping with milkshake. This was one of the worst fast food experiences Iâve ever had in my life. Now the long story: All I want is a Mushroom Swiss meal with no bun and no cheese. I still want the creamy Au jus sauce, fries, and diet soda. First time, we ordered they messed up because it had Swiss, mushrooms, meat and no sauce or bun. I call and Nancy, who answered the phone, offered to replace it. The next day we called in and explained to the one who answered the phone I still wanted the fries and soda but understood if I had to pay for those and only get the burger replaced for free since we didnât discuss the specifics. Same order asked for no bun no cheese however the person who prepared it forgot the delicious Au Jus sauce And this time no fries... My hopes and dreams died when I noticed and of course it was after we arrived home. - I was able to eat it and in retrospect I donât know the ingredients for their creamy Au jus and Iâm totally new to my allergies but, I ordered it and didnât get it. (Internally im throwing a toddler tantrum and my chi is out of balance) mushrooms calmed down my sadness because they are always great. Thanks for the food Wataburger.
