My mother comes here for her Boba and she asked me if I would like one and I said yes because Boba’s are my favorite! However I stayed in car waiting for my mom to order and she got me a “Mango Thai with Boba”. I am allergic to Mango so I took my drink back inside to exchange and the experience to change this after explaining myself was not a good experience!! The girl was hesitant and finally went to the back and came back after several minutes and said “we will only do this just this one time” then I asked if there is a regular Thai tea with out Mango and she explained what was in the drink and I’m like “ok nevermind just give me a Taro” she did not look happy and went to the back again and they laughed and took 10 minutes to make my drink. The owner came to bring my drink and said “this is a one time exchange that we can do this ok” and shocked with the response I received and Tone in her voice I tried to tell her I was allergic to mango and wanted a different drink … she did a half smile and looked away from me and at the next costumer and spoke over me to the next costumer

Could not believe the experience and service I encountered with these ppl! Not sure if they’re hurting for business or suffering from supply shortage or straight out discriminating against me to treat me this way especially that my drink was still sealed and full and purchased and exchanged within 10 minutes but only to experience the bad service.

In my taro drink I could still taste other fruits in it and taste wasn’t as good as other Boba places!!

I went in with my two daughters and my son a few days ago as a reward for getting good grades in school. There was a younger lady with black hair who served us. I just wanted to come on here and say how polite and patient she was, my daughter changed her mind 3 times before ordering and had the drink maker/cashier waiting forever to order 🤣. She didn’t mind at all and gave my daughter suggestions after she couldn’t decide what drink to get based on the flavors. I also felt extremely terrible for the way she was treated by the customer in front of me. They were being extremely rude and disrespectful to her saying "I hope you have a horrible newyear", I feel that most of these girls get paid to be disrespected more than to serve drinks. But good job to the cashier/drink maker for keeping her cool! Will definitely be coming back 👍
