I came into regal nails, hoping to get a pedicure. I’ve been doing a lot of work in my garden, so my feet are kind of in rough shape, but that’s why I go to get pedicures. I was excited they were able to get me immediately. I told the guy I wanted to come back after I shopped and he said that they’d be too busy then to go ahead and do it now so I did and he was my nail technician. I don’t know if it was the fact that I didn’t want gel that made him hate me, but I started getting really negative and he literally spent five minutes on my feet. My toes like just as bad as they did now they have nail polish on them and they’re rougher because he roughed them up to try to get the fine-tuning. The reason I get a pedicure is not someone can paint my nails. I actually hate nail polish. Go to get scrubbed off. I don’t enjoy doing myself. It’s a treat. You were lucky for like five minutes maybe tops there were two technicians next to me that were working on the same people that wrote in there when I got when I arrived I left so no for fact that he was cutting corners. I just don’t understand Why his boss didn’t say something. I asked her to wait until I left because I didn’t want him to feel like he had to do it again. The last thing was for him to do anything else to me, but I did feel like if I were in the shoes I’d wanna know if someone was leaving fielding that way she just seemed really Bothered by the fact that I was not happy and didn’t offer much of any solution. I went to this location for 12 years & had the same tech Kymie & I always tipped her at least 20% Spent $90 - $115 every month for 12 years! 3 months I go I made an afternoon Appt instead of my usual 9am. I only had 1 day off & had flew in at 11:30pm the night before. Got there on time, the owner greeted me and the owners are always very nice.

As my tech was finishing up, her client asked for add’l last minute service. Kymie looked at me & said Oh, you changed your Appt? I said Kim you KNOW I made a later Appt right in front of you 2 WEEKS AGO & showed her my Appt card even the owner knew. Kymie said nothing & didn’t tell the older lady to wait as I had an Appt . I was ignored like I hadn’t been coming to her for 12 years.

I’ll never go back to this location, they gossip constantly, usually about the owners, (google translate ), talk loud in Vietnamese over clients, music is way too loud. The hot towels smell sour. The staff changes constantly. It’s nit a relaxing experience. My tech Kymie does excellent work but acts like a Primadona. Too bad she lost a good customer. Never going back. I went in to get a nail fix that was left cracked under the acrylic the week before. I went in willing to pay to get it fixed. One of the girls looked at it and asked me who had done them, when I told her she said I had to wait to have the same lady fix it. I said I could wait because she was really busy and asked if somebody else could fix it that I would pay the regular price for a fix. The guy that took me must of been overwhelmed or mad because he was so rude. He filed down my nail and asked me again who did it. When I told him he started talking to the other ladies in his language, looked at me and said you have to wait. I said I can’t wait please just fix it I’ll pay for it is OK and he said “no you can go somewhere else if you want” got up From his chair and walked away. I was so confused because he just left me there no explanation, with my nail filed down no polish. Finally one of the other ladies approached me and said to wait. I just asked her to put the nail Polish back on and I left. Not sure WTH was his problem but he was so rude...
