Wendy's — Restaurant in New Mexico

My order was incorrect no surprise from this location but when I called and told them it was wrong they said to bring back the incorrect meal and they will fix the order I asked what kind of compensation I would receive cause I live vary far from the location and the girl that answered the phone said they would just replace it. And I said that’s not a compensation and she said that’s all they can do I talked to the manager and she said the same they obviously do not understand the word compensation. When I got down I spoke with Alejandra the manager she was vary rude and ignored any word I spoke I had to keep explaining what was wrong cause she did not understand even tried to explain compensation to her and said if you had given me a couple cookies for my time that would have pleased me. I asked for my money back instead of a replaced meal, And she didn’t even know how to open the register! She struggled so much I had to film it cause everyone even the manager at this location have no idea what they are doing. Also I almost forgot I was called a “savage” By the employee that had taken my order because I asked for extra onion. Avoid this place...

So I decided to go to Wendy’s for my lunch break today and since I am on a time limit, I decided to order through the app when I get there, I find my name and grab my food and go to the counter so I could ask the lady working in the cash register for my drink as I was walking towards the counter, the lady stopped me and told me where my receipt was so I didn’t hesitate and I showed her my receipt and she said that wasn’t enough proof that that food was mine. I placed the food down and I asked her how can I access my receipt with my name and she continue to say I don’t know how to work the app. She then grabs my food and takes it to the back counter and tells me “when you can prove that the food is yours, I will give you your food and drink”. At this point, I was angry, because I have never been asked to show proof that the food was mine on the bag. It had my initials, and I told her my full name, yet she still did not have my food. After looking through the app I finally found the receipt with my name on it, and she handed my food. I can’t believe we need to start proving food is ours. Definitely won’t be ordering...

I've came here multiple times considering I live basically just down the street, I often come at night because believe it or not the staff is usually nicer. There's this one guy who usually takes my order and he's always polite even when there's complications with the food. However there is this one older woman who has glasses and a silver braid to the side, she is beyond rude to the customers. I had asked for extra sauce considering we order 3 chicken nugget meals and she only have me 3 sauces. When I asked for more she said "we don't give out extras" I was dumbfounded, I explained how I come here often and always get extra sauce, I even offered to pay. She looked me dead in my eyes and said "I said we don't do that here" she rude and disrespectful. She also got my order wrong, if you come across a woman with a Grey braid good mf luck.
