Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New Mexico

Horrible service. Was told by the so-called manager Margarita, they could not put my order back in the oven to make it well done as requested (in all caps on the order) because " they got busy and were JUST worried about getting all the orders out!"WOW so you don't give a DAMN about ME, or my money. You ONLY care about quantity, and are not concerned AT ALL with quality. I told her we order often, as in YESTERDAY and then 6 days before that. I ALWAYS request WELL done and it has always been perfect and delicious. Lets all please keep in mind I placed my order online at 11am for a 5:30pm delivery so you knew about my order - and you would assume this would take some kind of priority. As I was trying to politely tell her that ONLY being worried about getting orders out, and not the accuracy of the order is a WRONG approach she rudely cut me off and said "What I am trying to get at is I can remake the order and then send the driver back or give a $20 future credit." I paid $29 plus a $5 cash tip to the driver and you offer me $20 for raw food Or better yet you offer for my 3 hungry teens and husband to wait on your driver to eat! The reason I ordered it 6 hours EARLY was so it would be perfect and arrive when they got home!!!! It was for a party! The party is ruined. But more so the so called manager's really rude and super stank attitude was the worst. I am too hungry to type and had to make this review simply because her attitude was so nasty and vile. She was ZERO percent apologetic, empathetic or professional. SMH What a disgrace. I will be contacting the General Manager and doing a review on the corporate web site. Hopefully you won't be so nasty to the next customer who looks for resolution since YOU SCREWED UP THEIR PIZZA PARTY for their kids....

I literally just called to place an order. I knew it was early. I knew they opened at 11 am. When I called, David answered and said he wasn't taking orders right now because they were behind and for me to call back at 11 or order online! I have never been told to call back!! Then I asked for the manager...and I get Tanya. She basically tells me the same thing. Until I tell her that I had never been told that. I let her know that I was aware that they can take my order now but not have it out until 11 or so for delivery. I then ask for the store manager who is Lyle. He would not be in until Monday! So i ask for corporate info. She was clueless. Then decides to ask me what the issue is. How do you tell a customer who keeps you in business to call back because you are too busy because you are behind?? Really?? We just moved to the area that we are in a dead zone for Dominos to deliver. But i will gladly drive to Dominos than to ever deal with this location!! And I certainly will be letting my neighbors know. David was rude and just didn't want to help. Tanya was just as rude until I asked for her boss and corporate info. I used to be a loyal Pizza Hut customer... I would rather deal with Little Caesars pizza than ever deal with this place again!! The lady who was there as of this date October seventeen twenty twenty three Claims to be a manager very disrespectful very rude Very condescending and overall not I pleasant experience I I've been coming here for quite some time And this is honestly the worst experience i've ever had I don't know if this lady truly is the manager but if she is.
