Terrible experience from the moment we went in, one employee no line, she had an order ahead of us and already seemed stressed, when she finally got to our order she was ordering us around how she wanted us to do it, she wasn’t really kind about anything, and online order came by to pickup in between where she was being rude to that person as well, because she doesn’t speak Spanish which I speak both… other lady didn’t deserve that. When she asked my wife if she wanted the bread toasted my wife misunderstood and was told to answer the first question as the bread being toasted is what she was being asked as there’s better easy to let someone know, okay we brought a coupon to use and let her know before we started ordering, employee let us know they don’t have steak… okay so we order something else…. Why is it that once our whole order is done the employee tells me without reading my coupon. Did you read your coupon in a very snarky way. To which I said yes why, and she says one of your sandwiches doesn’t fall under that coupon sorry. Why did she still make it? If she has it memorized why did she wait till the end. worst subway experience I’ve had in a while, shady practices and terrible treatment like we are a problem being their customers, wanted to return the food and get a refund as I can’t even eat it at how disgusted I feel with the person who made it infront of me with such an attitude if you could poison food with such a thing I’m sure...
Read moreWent in this afternoon and was told the toaster oven was down but I still went ahead and got a sub anyways. When I got done ordering I asked for the code to the bathroom and the guy said there was no code then after I walked down the hallway he said I couldn’t use the restroom. Don’t understand why when I’m a paying customer. So we finished up with the rest of our order and paid for it and then I asked for a wet paper towel and he said he gave me napkins and I asked him to wet a few and he got mad and barely even wet them. There was a girl employee that came in while we were ordering our food and started to grab a medium cup, and then told the guy she was going to grab a large cup to get a soda for her grandpa and then she took it out to him and came back in and didn’t wash her hands before handing stuff behind the counter. Then she proceeded to start, touching her hair and her face, and then was touching more stuff behind the counter without washing her hands. That’s very unsanitary and disgusting. Service was unprofessionally food wasn’t good at all. Won’t be back to...
Read moreMe and my husband went the subway on coors for lunch first we didn't get greeting ok that's fine them the young asked us what we wanted and before we could tell him he rudely told us all the stuff they are out of,ok fine while he was preparing our sandwiches we noticed the vegetables were frozen and and the rest were so dry the lettuce was brown we nicely asked If we can please have the vegetables that were fresh on the side he then asked his manager and the Manger came over looked like he was thinking about it while the other employee was saying we have to use these first I was about to tell them they can stick sandwiches where the sun don't shine but then just shook his head yes so now the other employee used his fingers to push all the vegetables in the sandwichesi thought well he has gloves on just didn't look good these two employees need better training this is the worst subway I've ever been to,bad customer service dirty store
