Paisano Center — Local services in South Valley

This is the laundromat I go to because it’s near where I live, I’ve never had any problems until just recently when my machine did not extract water it left my load soaked I brought it up to the staff wanting to change machines never asking for a refund just wanting to change machines but mentioning it to them so they could mop the water trail It was going to leave. There was this old lady in a Walker that interjected and started yelling at me and getting huffy I most definitely defended myself and she precedes to say that staff said I do it all the time (trying to get money back) I asked staff in front of her and they told her it wasn’t true they never said that and she changed her story she started blaming me for other things I don’t understand what problem she had with me I had never seen this old lady before and I mentioned that to her but at this point all she wanted to do was go on a power trip, she just kept repeating that I wasn’t getting a refund (mind you I never asked for a refund I just wanted to switch machines) turns out she was the owners mom. Bad business and if she treat others the way she treated me he is going to start losing business. I’m not about to let anyone disrespect me like I told the staff they may have to listen to her...

This used to be the place to come back in the day. Haven't been here in a while but it has gone downhill really bad!! Came to wash blankets and wash my car at the same time two birds one stone but inside there was a lot of the washers not in service and had tape on them ,some of them didn’t even have doors . The only big washer they had available I used stoped washing mid cycle and I had to start it agin the attendant was outside walking Around on her phone or sitting in her car the whole time. There was no snacks in the vending machines and not any soaps available in machines as well. At the car wash the soap didn’t come out of the scrub brush and water kept coming out of the sprayer the whole time. Never again will...

There is a woman call Monico in the morning shift who is careless about customers service. This time was me. The drier started to tear and spoild my clothes when I complained about it she told me she could not do anything about it. That it was my fault because I was not watching and checking my clothes. That maching does not work well. It is a mess. I asked for the owner's phone number to ask for a solution , but she did not give it to me.
