This area is plagued with poorly run fast food restraints. This Dunkin Donuts is no exception.
Came through the drive through and the DD attendant said they were closed and that they have nothing in stock. Unfortunately, thatās not uncommon for this location, so I proceeded to drive away only to be flagged down by the attendant. He exclaimed that he was just joking. He insisted that I should have picked up on his sarcasm?!
Two days ago I came through again, this time the manager was behind the microphone. I wanted a Charlie with cream and sugar and sourdough breakfast sandwich. He proceeded to share with me āthen thatās not a Charlie.ā As we moved to finish processing my order Iām left waiting in the drive through lane. Another employee asks what I am waiting for? My breakfast sandwich :-). They forgot to ring up my breakfast sandwich. Presumably because of the ignorance of the specific type of drink I wanted to order. The manager apologized but you can tell he didnāt want to engage in any type of conversation, I think he was retraining.
So I shared that my experience with them has been less than professi⦠he interrupted what I was saying and kindly shared that āI understand your frustration sir.ā
Honesty, I wasnāt being obnoxious or loud. It was at this point that I decided to just drive away.
Iāll just say it again, THIS AREA IS PLAGUED BY POORLY RUN FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS. Locals talk about it all the time. If you can wait for another couple exits, save yourself the disappointment! But Montrose, Gibson and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI agree with others, regarding the lack of quality service (by that I mean, kindness + patience are 2 qualities that should be required when working in customer service). I tried calling ahead because I wanted to order a dozen coolattas for our employees (it is 80+ degrees today). The phone number rang and rang and went to a generic voicemail. I am not sure if the phone number listed on the google account is valid or not? After the unanswered phone calls, I decided to just go there with a neat list including the types and quanities and I had a box ready for transport. I was the last person in line (didn't have to wait long, which was nice) and I saw one car pull in to the drive through... so no one was waiting behind me, and they had one car in the drive-thru at the time. When I attempted to order the twelve coolattas, I explained that I had tried to call ahead. I was immediately cut off and told "I wish you would have called earlier, we are too busy." I stook in shock for a moment, before I left... with my still empty box. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and would never tell a customer that we were "too busy" to serve them. In looking at the other reviews, I can see that no one is currently managing their google listing or responding to reviews. I kindly suggest they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly would rate this place a -100 due to the VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE EMPLOYEES WORKING ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ALL COSTS! AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I FEEL THAT MY ORDER SHOULD BE CORRECT AND AS I ORDER IT HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION DO NOT FEEL AS IF THAT IS NECESSARY. AS MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG AS I ASKED FOR IT TO BE CORRECTED I WAS GIVEN NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE AND TOLD THAT MY ORDER WAS NOT WRONG. AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT I GO TO DUNKIN EVERY MORNING WITH NO QUESTION ASKED IVE NEVER EVER DEALT WITH SUCH RUDE EMPLOYEES AT ANY LOCATION. ALSO HAVE BEEN TO WAY BUSIER DUNKINS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN RUSHED TO HURRY MY ORDER UP. AS I WAS AT THE NEW MILFORD LOCATION THIS AM!! I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER RECOMMEND STOPPING AT THE DUNKIN DONUTS ON OLIVER ROAD IN NEW MILFORD. VERY RUDE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER...
