Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in New Milford

Worst customer experience ever!! I take the trip to DQ for my family to pick up sundaes (one strawberry and two pineapple with wet walnuts), i then go all the way back home and my family notices there is no pineapple at the top of the sundae but I tell them it could be in the middle where the walnuts are. My mother eats some of the ice cream and concludes that there is no pineapple. I then call DQ and tell them the problem and they said they'll fix the mistake. I make the trip all the way back and the ice cream has melted even more it's basically a soup. They then tell me they can't give me new ice cream and they'll only give me some pineapple on the side since some of it was already ate (mind you only one of the pineapple sundaes was touched the other was just melted and I didn't even get an apology). I go back and tell my family and they are livid at the horrible customer service and the ice cream has already melted more. My family calls DQ and the employees are bad to us, the management is worse , and the owner is the worst. She is condescending rude and tells us "of course it's going to melt, it's ice cream" as if we don't know how ice cream works. Let me tell you lady, if someone takes multiple trips to your establishment for your mess up you would think you would be nicer. I can see why I've heard multiple bad things about you not just from friends but from other business owners as well. This establishment needs a culture change. Do better next time for your customers or eventually you won't have...

Long time Diary Queen customers first time trying out this New Milford location. Our first experience could have been better. Long line with only one person helping. At 8:00 pm on a nice warm day we had to wait 40 minutes to get served. The other person that was working was already closing up an hour and a half before closing time. When we finally got served some items were out. We just got two hot fudge sundae's. Topping wasn't hot, must have pull the plug earlier and the ice cream consistently wasn't the DQ norm. It wasn't airy more custard like. We'll give it a try again after we go to one of our regulars. Line still to the door...

absolutely Disgusting behavior!!! never have i ever experienced this horrible service in any dairy queen like i did here. The girl was completely sassy looked at me like i was speaking gibberish or something, didn’t make my shake right i asked for something simple (strawberry, pineapple, and mango) they are so rude and made nothing right in my shake i asked to remake and gave me LITERALLY half empty cup and they only put mango in (where’s the pineapple and strawberry?) STILL NOT DONE RIGHT!!! i took my drink walked right out GAVE UP never going back !! i would post but i was so mad i threw my half drink out...
