Today, I will be exploring a breakfast chain that everybody and anybody is familiar with.

It’s time to make the doughnuts as I get to work and explore this chain breakfast restaurant.

Out of all the menu items, the $6 Meal Deal caught my eye in a heartbeat.

This combo includes a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and a medium coffee.

Bacon Egg & Cheese: On a positive note, there was no upcharge if you substituted a croissant in place of a bagel. Check out the layers of bacon, egg, and cheese. The croissant was definitely the best part of the sandwich. The temperature was lukewarm and I had re-heat it in the oven.

In addition, the sandwich was on the greasy side.

Hashbrowns: The hashbrown was perfectly seasoned, but they were too chewy for my taste. I prefer hashbrowns to be thinner and crispy.

Medium Coffee: And you can never go wrong with a cup of morning joe.

Financially, this was an excellent deal. I highly recommend if you are on the run and need a quick breakfast. However, I feel the temperature of the food could have been warmer.

I placed an order for 3 coffees. Agnes, the cashier repeated each order correctly. I heard her tell someone, "medium not small"...I assume she was talking about my order in between taking my donut order. Wait time was longer than usual. In a hurry, I grabbed my order and went home, just to realized that one of my coffee was the wrong size. I paid for medium caramel macchiato, the label on the cup has medium on it and so as my receipt but got a small size instead. I went back and told Agnes. They changed the size however missed the most important part...NO APOLOGY FOR THE MISTAKE and INCONVENIENCE!" This is not usual, it's the way the entire crew practices in this location. They NEVER EVER apologize for their mistake. I've had a few encounters, that's how I know. What ever happen to CUSTOMER SERVICE? I am tying to give this DD good reviews but,,,,,,,,,, this is the forth time they got the order wrong. T he store kept asking me if I ordered a sandwich . He asked my name a few times . Telling him my name a few times even pulling my face mask down so he could read my lips I kept telling them NO and what I did order since I had ordered on line they had a ticket to verify The guy was holding the ticket in the air so I asked for the ticket and read it myself and sure enough no sandwich listed in the on the order ticket. I ordered two donuts and a toasted bagel with butter. I got home and the bagel was NOT toasted just with butter . Just a few days ago I ordered three donuts to get three wrong donuts then I informed the worker and he took the bag and returner with three other wrong donuts. After telling him to read the ticket he returned with three more wrong donuts .
