I have family all over New Orleans and I work for Dominos in Columbus, GA. I recently ordered food online for my cousin down there and have twice before. This time was the third and last time I order from there. I know protocol and it ridiculous to get a call from family telling me they never received their food,which I paid for out my pocket on all occasions. I called the store and advised this "Kayla" of the situation and was told their driver had multiple deliveries. First thing first.....if he did the customers need to be informed and suppose to be called when going to drop offs. I advised her of "courtesy calls", and when I asked her to car the driver it sound like she said "whatever " and placed the phone down. Mind you I'm on a conference call so my cousin who is waiting on the food can hear everything. She comes back to the phone with an attitude, and I asked who her manager was, which she replied I am. I advised her that I was going to talk to my people here (district/or regional managers) in regards to this situation to find out who her people were because she wss unprofessional and rude. She's lucky I didn't get irate and belligerent over the phone because she was taking me out of character. She still remain with an attitude than hung up. After the call my cousin get a call from the driver to say he was 10min away. I didn't like the rude attitude so I decided to call back this morning and guess who answer "Kayla". I exchange some words with her and said I wanted to speak to her manager, she transfer me to someone that suppose to be the "store manager ". He didn't seem to want to repeat his name and was bias the whole conversation. He kept saying I was rude and that I threaten Kayla, and I advised "No sweetie I advised that I wanted to speak to her management and that I would go as far as to see who all their supervisors were". He kept repeating that, and didn't know how to use TACT the whole what 6min we were on the phone. I nicely said I'll never be ordering from them for my family and have a good day, which he hung up. This place is horrible, bad customer service and smh I believe most of the customers reviews that talk about the bad customer service. This poor representation of DOMINOS in New Orleans and someone needs to check them. I ordered a half olive half chicken pizza online and waited for nearly an hour after I've been notified online that my order has been delivered, however, It wasn't so I decided to call and ask if the order is out for delivery but apparently they were out of drivers which wasn't much of an issue for me but I should've been notified about the issue ahead of time.. Anyway I show up to pick up my order and head back home but once I got back home I realized that they had gave me the order wrong (Half olive & half pepperoni) so I went back to dominos telling them that they messed up my order and that I asked for chicken not pepperoni.. I waited another 15mins to get the right order and then I finally get my order back but guess what..? Yup, they gave me the same exact order that included the pepperoni and then I tell that I asked for chicken again and that I don't eat bacon then she replies saying "thats not bacon, thats pepperoni" so I said that I just don't eat any pork in general and then she catches an attitude with me and SLAMS the window so I waited another 15mins to get what I asked for. She finally shows up again and AGGRESSIVELY tosses my orderer to me so I check on my order one last time before I leave and this time she just decided to not even include any type of meat!! It was just a pizza with olives... And as aggravated as I was I simply just accepted it and left Its just terrible customer service and food She probably even did something to my pizza. I called to verify why my order wasn’t going through and the manager named Shameka said I was blocked from ordering because I had an altercation with the driver. However that was false. The driver called and explained he was outside I looked out the window and seen he was next door. He quickly stated I put the wrong address and I disagreed and said I put my address. ( maybe the app regenerated my address I’m not sure. I ordered really fast) The driver then said he was going back to the store and he didn’t have time for this and hung up in my face. He then walked to my house ( which was next door) gave me the pizza mumbled something and walked off. I don’t know how the address changed in the system but apparently it was. I did an online order and paid using Apple Pay. I would not intentionally put the wrong address. I called to see if it could be fixed and she said she could not do anything about it.
