Oooohhhh my God!!! How can EVERYTHING here be sooooo good???

The pasta, the dip, the juices, the egg rolls, the this & the that… alllll so amazing!!

The pasta was loaded with shrimp and cheese. Every forkful that came up contained a shrimp. That’s unheard of. just the right amount of flavor. Got a little bit of a kick to it, but not too overpowering.

The egg rolls were simply divine. Cut into Fords package perfectly in the container with a little bit of a drizzle glaze pepper jellies some sort of sauce on top, ah-mazing. this particularly I had the seafood bell pepper as she was out of the crawfish and shrimp however, what I had was simply amazing. Shrimp were flavorful and in almost every bite. The bell pepper was perfectly cooked down and or sautéed so that it wasn’t hard and crunchy, but it also was not soggy and wet.

And the flavored tea. OMG, so goodT!!!! (in my Madea voice). It was flavorful not too sweet. I had the mango flavored tea and it was so good. I put water in the cup to try to stretch the it and savor the flavor.. Definitely enough to drink now and save some for later. Although I managed NOT to do this, I drink it all in one sitting… I wonder if It is possible to get this by the gallon... I’ll have to check into that later.

At any rate, everything I had was amazing. I don’t even know how that’s possible but in fact it was.

Word to the wise, she has a client base that lovvvvvvveeeees her food, so get there and get there early because she does sell out!!!

I found pricing to be in line with the industry standard.

And she text me when the food was ready, and I went running.

I love to patronize female led establishments, especially small businesses. And Katie does it right... She is customer focused. She has a wonderful disposition. Bubbly and bright personality. Excellent Customer service. Always accommodating. Hard-working and full of integrity. I look forward to doing future business with her and Issa Snack. And her assistant & lead cashier Dee, is also very friendly and super helpful.

Street parking or directly across the street there is a parking lot that’s available to all patrons of this establishment.

I found her pricing to be fair and in line with the industry standard.

I often visit and stay nearby and the seafood pasta is amazing, the smothered potatoes are delicious and taste like family made them. I also really like the hot sausage egg rolls with shrimp. It’s so good. The wait is a little while but it’s freshly made, locally owned and black woman owned and I appreciate that. I wouldn’t write a review though if it wasn’t fire every time I eat it....
