Original Thought NOLA — Restaurant in New Orleans

After a kayak swamp lands tour we had a restaurant that was 100 feet away. When we got there, they were not serving food that night. Their loss. We did a quick search for vegan food and Original Thought was the first option. We ordered a ride share and went to the location. Please their website which will help you get there. It is a food truck in a parking lot, worth it. We were the only ones there and had a great experience. The two staff were amazing and deserve your support. Not only is the food absolutely FABULOUS, but when the third party delivery service dropped the ball and failed to deliver our food to us (my husband and I were visiting NOLA on a biz trip), the owner, Bolingo, personally delivered our food to us. Brittany was wonderful helping me decide on my first Original Thought order, which was a feat in itself because the menu has so many yummy options! I absolutely love this place. They have the best vegan Nachos! I had consulted the owner on what herbs I should be taking because I was looking to improve my health. He truly helped me out. The Sea Moss they have is the best I have consumed, feel fully nourished after taking it, very little appetite! Great sweet potato pie too.
