Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New Orleans

I wonder where this Popeyes recruit their employees from?? Their customer service is awful they clearly lack people skills as well as communication skills which is taught at grade level. They do,say, and sell what they want at their convenience. For example, it’s 1130pm this particular location does not close until 1 am but the employees are telling customers at the window that they are not dropping no chicken sandwiches or fries, all they offering is spicy and mild chicken!!?? Let’s not talk about during the day all the flies in the lobby. And not to mention, the poor white man who is all fidgety running from the back to the front counter. One day I stood at the front counter, with the lobby full of customers, for at least 15 minutes without one meal being passed across that front counter. Like who is the franchise owner of this establishment???? I’m sure calling the health department on these people see if that catches their attention!! Food was hot and good. Server was polite. It was about closing so we were ready to accept whatever they had remaining. I told myself to trust the process, but we paid for 2 orders of 2 pc white w/a side but when I got home it was 1, 2 pc white and 1 2 pc dark. They were so busy laughing in the back and so loud they were not paying attention. My fault, I keep saying I am not going to do fast food places anymore. One reason, they are mostly ran by young people and they can care less what they do, professionalism is not their forte. But they want to be paid though. When I was teen working McDonald's; I was so grateful to have a job, but they promoted professionalism. We had to come to work on time, neat and we had 30 sec window service per car, and the company would do motivational yearly gatherings at the Superdome. It was like family. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I walk in and use the kiosk to place my order. I get my name called and my order was handed to to me very rudely and I said thank you and guy just walks off. Then I am trying to get the attention of a staff member very politely and everyone just walks past me several crew members keep looking at me so after 10 mins of trying to tell them I didn't get my 4 drinks another rude staff acted irritated because I didn't get my drinks and says what drinks( the ones I paid for) then he snatches some receipts and says are u Nancy I said no and then he rolled his eyes and handed me 4 cups mind you he gave me no lid or no straws I will never come back to this Popeyes again.
