My Uncle took me to Patio's for my 27th Birthday dinner. We had drinks at the bar before being seated at our reserved table, since we arrived early.(WARNING: I recommend making reservations in advance in order to get desired time, but there is a canelation fee of $75 per guest, if there is a no call no show, and if the canelation is after the time of the reserevation. If you decide to cancel the fee is at the resturants discresstion to apply the fee or not.The bar tender was very accomodating, entertaining, and had great drink recommendations. When we were seated, our waiter was prepared to describe the specials for dinner that evening. We decided to get the appitizer special, which was a 11/10. I recommonend the zucchini balls, the special, and the buffalo blue oysters. The buffalo blue oysters are fried oysters topped with a sauteed bluffalo sauce topped with blue cheese crumbles. They wer ablsoluetly prepared to perfection. For dinner, my Uncle decieded on the eggplant parmesan and I got the steak frites. These dinner dishes were packed both with amazing flavors, and cooked perfectly. I decided to get my stake medium rare, and instead of french fries, I got the potato cuts. The Eggplant Parmesan has squash noodles packed into the eggplant cutlet, topped with red marinara sauce and chives. I thought it was wonderful. We enjoyed everything! For dessert, we ordered a cup of great coffee, with a shot of Bailey's, and the Blueberry Shortcake. The dessert was a perfect choice to top off the night. I thought the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. It was still elegant, but casual atired spot to dine-in. The double seated tables are a little close to eachother, but overall I enjoyed the experience. I plan to visit again, and try a new dish from the menu. I know whatever I decided to eat at this resturant location will be outstanding and woth every cent spent. The waiter had a great attitude and great recommendations for all of my needs. I plan to re-visit this resturant, and reccomend it to other frineds and family. It's a great spot to have a nice night out,a nd the food will...

I am quite disappointed with our experience. I would give one star but the food was quite flavorful. I took issue with the portion size and the price. I paid $14 for 6 miniscule quail bones with hardly any meat of them. They were slightly over cooked and for the small amount of meat, it led to them being crispy throughout. We got the potato gnocchi for $14 and got 7 small pieces. For reference, most dishes from other sources come with at least 25. They were good, but not nearly 3-4 times better than your grocery-store-cook-at-home type The lamb ribs were 95% fat, I concede that lamb ribs are fatty but from my experience, these ribs were fattier than normal, which can be an indication of a improper cooking or a bad cut; I lean towards the latter. Again, the food was not bad in terms of flavor but I was very disappointed. I went for lunch and will most likely not return. Unless you are wealthy and couldn't care less about the prices or you are not hungry and want a literal bite to eat, I recommend you...

We had a terrific meal. Both my wife and I had the pecan encrusted gulf fish (wonderful!) and we shared the soup de jour, a little gem salad, and some arancini that were out of this world. Our server, Lio, was great, willing and eager to describe the various menu choices to us and attentive to our needs; a real professional. I gave Patois 4 stars instead of five because, although located in a charming building, they have made no effort to mitigate the noise. Because of the mostly bare walls and ceiling, the usual restaurant noise echoes and is amplified. Then, because of the echoed noise, people have to speak louder to be understood, to the point that people nearly have to shout to be heard. The result is an unpleasantly noisy atmosphere. This is a solvable problem and should be dealt with. Otherwise, Patois is a lovely restaurant with excellent food...

My meal at Patois was okay. I started with the Fried Cauliflower which was good and very filling! My meal consisted of the Gnocchi and Five Spice Duck Confit Leg Salad. The Gnocchi was a bit weird to me. I typically love crab but the crab flavor wasn’t good at all. Now the Duck Leg Confit Salad was everything!! Everything about it was perfect! It had an Asian flavor to it and was so fresh and flavorful. I’d definitely return for that dish alone. My table thought that the cocktails were terrible across the board. Patois should taste the drinks and rethink the recipes. Or it’s possible that the bartender was off that night. Either way, we were disappointed. Also worth noting, parking is on the street and I suggest avoiding the restroom. It was clean, but soooo tiny and hard to move around without bumping against things.

Service was great, food was great. Food came out in a timely manner. The tip was already included in the bill. It’s a short walk from Audubon Park (maybe 5 minutes). Food was delicious! We ordered the Mussels and the Gnocchi appetizers which were great and decently big - the gnocchi definitely feels like it was fresh made in-house. We also ordered the Pecan Crusted Fish which was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The entree and two appetizers were enough to fill our family of 4, though none of us eat particularly large meals. We ordered the good boy which is a mocktail, but it can also be made into a cocktail (the “bad boy” Staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of room when we went for lunch, but you can make reservations online.

We tried this restaurant during Coolinary month. It was EXCELLENT. Everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned so well. I would definitely return. Try the potato, crabmeat gnocchi. You'll not regret it. The peach ice cream was fresh and flavored without artificial flavors...like peach infused ice cream. Our waiter was friendly knowledgeable and brought us the most excellent "New Normal" cocktail.
