**Health hazard** We got salami yesterday (07/02/24) from the deli. Today, while eating my sandwich, I noticed a small plastic thread around the salami. This is absolutely horrible and unsafe. Also, it looks like the "Cotton Candy" grapes, which are almost twice the price of regular grapes, turn out to be regular grapes sold in a Cotton Candy grapes package. Despite paying highest prices of all the groceries stores in the city, we get this unsafe and unworthy products to ruin our lives.

This is a nice clean and well organized store. The produce is great but not exceptional. Its stocked fairly regularly so you hardly have any issues with stock out items. The prices are ok. I am not a fan of the cooked food because its not changed as often as it should.

I have shopped at this store for over 2 years and experienced low stock in the produce section. The produce is ok at best and there has been a couple of times I have came into the store and the whole produce section was empty and this was not during the beginning of the pandemic. This store has a problem with keeping their produce section full. I have made 3 trips recently to this store and they have been out of the same products time and time again. I can give this all a pass but when I am met with attitude when your cashier has to do more than ring up my items its time for me to find anything store to shop at. You need to remind your employees first its hard to understand what people are saying under a mask and to be patient. Also remind them the customer doesn't know your policies and how your application works, its their job to be helpful and not get impatient. Better customer service is needed at this store. I am met with how dare I shop here and how dare you make me do my job by employees here. No customer should have to put up with...

Though sometimes prices posted are higher than at the register, if you contest a price and show the price posted to the cashier using your cell phone camera, THE POSTED PRICE IS HONORED. In the case of another reviewer who said an item was listed as a sale price at 5.99 vs. the register price of 10.99, again THE SALE PRICE MIGHT HAVE EXPIRED, the purchaser might not have a Winn-Dixie Rewards card, OR the Winn-Dixie coupon/digital app. If you have neither of these perks, some prices are NOT applicable. This is the same issue at CVS. A sale price was posted, but ONLY to people with the CVS discount card/app, which is a paid membership app. The Winn-Dixie Rewards card costs nothing, nor does the coupon/digital app, which also features specials. I worked at this store in 2022. They have great staff who are customer friendly and keep the store organized, especially for sales to save...

We drove out to this place specifically because online it showed they had dried food in stock. When at the counter, we were told they can’t sell us the dried food because they were expired, when they have other food items on the shelves that are expired at a discounted price. I explained I didn’t care if they’d just expired as these are for a dog, and we drove out specifically to this store and this was the only place we could find them locally. They did not care at all, didn’t say when they could more, and just said they can’t sell it. Manager came to grab the food. If this is their policy, then they shouldn’t have expired food on the shelves. Had they had any kind of compassion or just apologized for the situation, then this experience could have been...
