Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New Orleans

This location is worse I have even seen. The messes up my first order. I was ok with it. The sent me a email to get a free pizza from the customer service department. I was like, cool. I did ask for it, but it's great to get a pizza.

I called to order my free pizza and another pizza and some wings. First Jackie, the person taking my order stated they didn't have those emails. When I explained what it was, and asked her to ask her manager, the manage to told her, they didn't have free pizza by email, only postal mail. I explained it to her and the area manager was there, Nicole. She got on the phone, seemed to empathize, also stated I had to print it out and bring the email in.

I explained that I was not near a printer, but I would forward her the email, since it being on my phone was not considered valid. After 1 minutes, Nicole agreed to let me use my phone to validate the email from their customers service department.

When we got there, Nicole no longer wanted to accept my email. At that point, it was not worth it. So we order 2 pizzas and wings. We even asked, Jackie did she have 2 pizzas. She replied yes. When the order came up, we only had one pizza.

Here is what I gathering from my experience: The local store, mangers, and area managers have no idea who works for them or what customers service promotions they may have in place.

They were more concerned with proving me wrong, even if I had given them proof and provided the promotional code.

They have the worse customer service in the business. It's sad that they were not trying to solve a simple problem.

I highly recommend spending your mother at local, non chain pizza places, where the staff at least knows their customer service reps. I also recommend going to a location where ther manger, or even the area manager are empowered to pizza a free, that they originally...

Avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs. Unless eating pizza from this specific place is a matter of life or death, national security, extinction level event, etc., just order from the Domino's or Pepperoni Ray's that's in the same area. You've been warned...

More specifically...this is by far the most horrible place to buy food. They routinely either ignore online orders until you show up, give away orders to any random Joe who walks up before you, or just...like...not make pizza until they feel like it. It's crazy! I've ordered from here a half dozen times in the last year, and not once (NOT ONCE) did they get anything right.

They generally have zero customer service skills, never offering anything in return for screwing up orders and having folks wait around forever. Just blank stares. A few times they've actually been a bit rude. As in eye rolling, shoulder shrugging, "huh...whatever" kind of rude. They also outright lie about screwing up orders. Walked in 10 minutes after my order (2 medium pizzas) was supposed to be done. Name not on the "next up" screen. With a straight face, told me it'd be another 15 minutes while they waited on the second pizza to finish. Ummm...whet? No.

They're clearly way too busy with whatever life-saving rocket science magic that's going on in the back to be bothered with pizza making. So please don't bother them. Free them from the burden that is food...

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I placed an order at 8:18PM and sent my boyfriend to pick it up. The employees told him the pizza wasn’t paid for but it was. He showed them 3 different forms of proof the order had been paid for and they were rude throughout the entire process. Finally they printed the receipt and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. He signed without tipping because of that and they told him he was too broke which is why he couldn’t afford to tip. I was on the phone with him the entire time so I heard it myself. Once he got home we were disappointed. The sausage on one of the pizzas was literally black & both pizza were cut extremely uneven. My family will not be ordering from Pizza anymore. I’m definitely telling people about this experience because this is totally unacceptable....
