Visited PrimoHoagies on yesterday in New Orleans. I had and shared the Philly Cheesesteak Bowl w/ Pepper Jack Cheese and Onions. It was delicious; however, the added Red Peppers to my surprise was spicier than I anticipated, nonetheless still very delicious. Wish I had taken a before picture because after 30 minutes of travel, as expected it had wilted down some, but it was still warm as requested. I truly enjoyed it and had some leftover. PrimoHoagies was a pleasant experience. In addition to the variety of Hoagies & Bowls there were multiple sides items, as well as Chips and Desserts. The employee was professional, polite and efficient. He greeted each customer that entered. The establishment was clean and cool. I like the fact that you can actually see them as they prepare your foods. All fresh ingredients used. Would highly recommend and visit again. Thank you!

In a town of sandwiches, it’s hard to say that this really stands out as anything special, but it wasn’t bad either. The bread was the best part of my sandwich, texture and flavors were spot on. Kitchen looked clean, tables in the dining area were wiped down. Shy staff that mumbled my order total to me, but they got the job done. Didn’t think there was the amount of meats / trinkets in my sandwich that there should be but I’m not going to argue with food costs everywhere are going up. Dining room was giving Subway circa 2005. Overall, for upwards of twenty dollars (including tip), I can’t say I’ll be back for an overall mid Italian deli sandwich, but I hope for the best. At least they renovated the space, kinda nice of them.

Don't order anything hot. They are incapable of heating up a sandwich. I thought the cold chicken cutlet was a fluke, but nope. My Philly cheese steak, a $36 sandwich is refrigerator cold. Cheese is not melted, no sauce, forgot my peppers, and there's like....3 scraps of onion on a 21" sandwich. Their sides are great, and their cold sandwiches are good, but they 100% fail at warming up food and are going to kill someone serving food in the danger zone. It's a shame, I'd eat here every week if they could at least use a microwave! 🤣 it's pathetic UPDATE: If you are so concerned with my input why did you provide me with a broken/dead URL for feedback and contact? I love these sandwiches. I order them frequently on UberEATS. The last 4 times my sandwich has been wrong. I don’t select onions, i even put in the notes no onions and they keep adding them. I thought i was losing my mind and getting pranked. I called and they were very nice and offered a free pasta salad which i politely declined. Just now i ordered and called to make sure no onions would be put on my sandwich. There was no option to get chips on the app for some reason. I asked if they could add it and i pay the difference. They said they can’t add to the order on the app, so i asked if they could just comp a bag of chips considering how many times they’ve messed up my sandwich and the guy said no he couldn’t do that. THE SANDWICHES ARE ALMOST $20!!!! I frequently order and y’all constantly mess up my food and you can comp a damn bag of 99 cent chips!? I’m done. That price for getting meals constantly screwed up…and then bad customer service from whoever i just talked to?! Nah I’m good. Go get a...

What a hidden gem! I stopped by on a whim and was seriously impressed. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and genuine hospitality. The place has a laid-back, welcoming vibe that makes you want to hang around for a while.

CJ, the manager, truly stood out — not only was he attentive and personable, but he also clearly takes pride in making sure every customer has a great experience. He suggested a few hoagies based on what I usually like, and nailed it with the recommendation. The sandwich was packed with flavor, the meat was sliced just right, and the veggies were crisp and fresh.

You can tell this place values quality and customer care equally. Whether you’re a hoagie fan or just hungry for something satisfying, this spot is worth checking out. I’ll definitely...
