This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!!!!! My son loves Rally's and after a long ride from LaPlace where I work I really didn't want to stop. I just wanted to go home and get ready for the next work day. I didn't I decided to stop for my spoiled kid and get him what he wanted. This was about 9:30 pm on 8/30/17 to be a exact and it was a some what Chubby dark skinned female who was working the window that wasn't that short but wasn't that tall either. She didn't say anything to me when I pulled up. When I say anything I mean anything! I handed her my money for my order and when she gave it back I said thank you and she said nothing. She then handed me my drink and I said thank you again and she said nothing she looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. She then opened the window to hand me my food and I said thank you once again and she looked at me crazy and said nothing again. I am a D.M. For Verizon and I thrive off of customer service I mean thrive! One bad apple will ruin a dozen. This employee needs to be wrote up or trained better when it comes to customer service because she is horrible! When you are at the window you have now became the face for the company and must represent your company to the up most and she totally failed at that easy task. This is a at will state and I would've fired her the next day if I was her manager for sure. This location is all ready probably stereo typed because of where it is located but that doesn't mean you can't provide that Chic-Fil-A customer service or do we have to go to Chic-Fil-A to get that Santa helpers customer service. Long story short I will never look at this Rally's ever again because of this rotten apple. I tried to call the store to talk to the manager on duty to get this employees name but they didn't answer so I couldn't do that. People Google everything especially the reviews on places around them that they may want to go at the time. I didn't look at the reviews before leaving mine but I am more than certain when I do there will be a lot more awful reviews on this location about the customer service. Read moreThey usually take forever to make your food unless you are in drive-thru, and have attitudes any time you custom order a burger. Usually if you go as soon as they are open, you'll get a good meal, otherwise it's like they left it under the heat lamp overnight.
I have since returned, and WOW was I wrong with the first review. Went around 11:45 today, and was in line(behind 2 customers) for roughly 45 minutes. They got one front order out to every 3 drive through orders. I finally got to put my order in, and had to ask for a receipt for a credit payment. I ordered what I usually do(Big Buford combo, large, no onion extra pickle) The sandwich was made incorrectly, (no onion no pickle) and the fries were cold and stale. They, apparently thought it a great idea to give someone COLD FRIES who got their receipt. I usually love the food from Rally's, but this location is getting worse and worse. Customer service was terrible, they served us raw food, and they got our order wrong so we had to get back in line. I will NEVER eat at this place again. If I was you I would avoid this place like a disease. This visit happened at night as well. Between a "shift change" as reported by the employee on shift. My brother has a good heart that's the only reason we didn't decide to take legal actions.
