Rodney's Snowball Stand — Restaurant in New Orleans

I'm not sure what happened to this place. I used to go here all the time 3 years ago when I lived in the area & now I've moved back and the snowballs aren't the same. They are flavorless & bland no matter where what you order. They all taste like sugar free diabetic snowballs & the prices are higher. Just the other day I went there to get a medium snowball and the flavorless syrup was running over the edge as always, so I asked for extra cup and they charged me $2.25 for it. I have memories from high school years getting snowballs from here. My cousin owned a salon around the corner. This place was a big part of my childhood. It saddens me to have to leave this review. Today I received the worst snowball I have ever had from them. So bad I'm throwing it away. The flavor was watered down, hardly no taste and I asked for extra. A horrible experience for my daughter who was spending her money that she saved up for to purchase a snowball. The person who was working the window told her that they don't take no more then 10 pennies. They hurt my daughter's feelings, because she thought she was being independent by using some of the money that she had saved.
